AAA Marino's Plumbing & Heating

This is the first time I used Marino's. It won't be the last. The service was polite, friendly, professional and to cap it off these guys tidied up after they finished! We moved into our tired, old property in May and started renovations. The kitchen and bathroom sinks have needed constant plunging and draino. The washing machine drain leaked water over the basement floor. Mario's fixed the problems and provided us with very reasonable quotes for future work.

I called Marino plumbing to look at my furnace last September 2019, I can't remember his name but someone from Marino Plumbing came after work to my place in Fort Saskatchewan at the end of his workday because he also lived in Fort Saskatchewan which was nice of him. He was in the house for about 15 to 20 minutes and said the problem was a faulty transformer, he switched it out and I thought all was good. I paid 150 cash for the service call and a new transformer. I thought all was good until I called for a receipt and he said he didn't do receipts for cash transactions and when the SAME PROBLEM PERSISTED , I had an electrician check the ( supposed faulty transformer that he changed out) and it was in perfect working condition. So, long story short is that it cost 150 dollars cash for a 15 dollar transformer that I didn't need, the problem was not fixed and I was not offered a receipt when I asked for one. Since this experience I've used THOMPSON MECHANICAL in the fort and they have been EXCELLENT. This was my one and only experience with MARINO Plumbing, take from it what you will.

Called him to put in some faucets, heat wrapped one pipe and put in a gas line for my bbq. Waited a week and when he came he came up my driveway and turned around after sitting there for two minutes. When I called him he said he had never spoken to me and that I was thinking of a-1. When I called a-1 they informed me I never called them and asked where I got the number for the original plumber. I got it off of your building Marino.Not only did you waste my time, you lied to me and made me look like a complete idiot.FYI you don't pull into a km long driveway to just turn around"A-1 is going out of their way to help me out and is coming 24 hrs after we called. I would not suggest using Marino to anyone."

I called him to do some repairs to do some plumbing in various locations in my home. He was quick, average priced, cleaned up well, and friendly... cant ask for much more.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Very poor craftsmanship and even worse customer service.

Used Marino's Plumbing to have our basement roughed in. They were amazing. Quality work, very professional and friendly. We called them and they came the next day to quote the project. Walked us through what we can do with the basement bathroom and how to prepare the space for them to complete the work. Within a week they were back to complete everything. Would highly recommend!

Marino's plumbing did our entire gas and plumbing for our new home, They treated us great, helped us decide what was needed or was useful and not necessary even if it didn't benefit them through the whole process. They had reliable, respectful employee's including Marino himself working in our home. We would highly recommend them!!

Marinos Plumbing was Very professional and friendly. Took the time to explain the problem areas and how things work. He helped fix things that weren’t correct separate from the parts he was replacing. He was very timely and patient when explaining things. I would definitely recommend him and would prefer him in the future in case of any other issues that could arise. Represented the company in a very good way; would now recommend this company to anyone dealing with any similar issues.

Very prompt service and the install looks great. Had a minor leak spring up and the guys came back and fixed it immediately, I'm confident the new plumbing will be trouble free for many years. Thanks guys.

Individual spent about 3 hours working on my kitchen sink and dishwasher, the amount came to 480$. about a hour of this atleast he was on the phone or running back and forth from the van. i recommend using a different company in the area.
