Given the difficulty/near impossibility to retain a Family Physician in British Columbia I feel most fortunate indeed to have been under the care of Dr. Jennifer Lush since 2011 !With her vast knowledge & standing within the Medical Community I am in the most capable of hands !Previously I've had two Exceptional GP's and Dr. Lush most certainly stands among them !In addition to the Office's front desk staff, always polite, efficient and so much more I'm sure !

As per other complaints, I too was told by a very negative receptionist that I was dropped as a patient because I haven’t been in enough. This is not in line with the College of Physician and Surgeons Practice Standard and I plan on reporting this.

Dr Mason is my mother’s physician and we are so pleased with her medical and emotional care. We knew it would be difficult to replace the wonderful Dr Bell but he made the perfect choice in Dr Mason taking over his practice. The office staff is friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.

Everyone in my family goes to this practice since before I was born (long time now..) and there have been nothing but amazing experiences. We are so greatful to all the staff and doctors for there all the detailed, attentive, empathetic care over the years. I couldn't have asked for better people to look after my grandparents, my mom and now my son.

Having been to too many walk in clinics over the past few years, I managed to meet Dr. Jennifer Lush at a clinic in James Bay. She decided to move to the University Plaza Family Practice and that she had seen me so many times that she would be more than willing to accept me as a regular patient, although, the office was not taking new patients. My introduction to the office was great, the receptionists greeting, the feel of the comfortable environment and most of all the professionalism and caring from Dr. Lush. Definitely and 4 in my eyes. I will continue to go back.
