My wife went to get her flu shot as a walk-in. Informed it was a 40 minute wait. She filled out the required form and handed it in; after waiting 10 minutes was informed they were not taking any more walk-ins for the day. Completely wasting my wife's time.

Convenient location when you have to wait over 45 minutes for a prescription that I was told was ready at least the pharmacist was nice

So I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years. The service quality has slid since it moved to the mall and since Razeena left. Today was the last straw. I discovered that for over a year, I have been paying out of pocket for my sons prescription that should have been covered under OHIP+. When I spoke to Philip about this he told me it was MY FAULT for not telling them to put it through OHIP because my coverage could change. Really? I asked them to fix it and he told me it was over 7 days and there was nothing he could do. Call OHIP yourself" was his resolution. No offer of any help at all. So after 20 years my entire family will be switching pharmacies and never shopping at Shoppers again. I am disgusted with their lack of customer care. I have never felt so much like just a number. Razeena and the old staff would have had the foresight to charge OHIP for this and if they didn't they sure as hell wouldn't blame the customer for their incompetence. Dealing with the unnecessary line ups as others have stated and after correcting a huge medication mistake (by their staff) a few weeks ago we still do not matter as long as they got paid. Avoid this store all together."

Of all the shoppers i find myself dipping into! This one is the worst considering it is a nice beautiful new location. Its the group that work here for me. Not nice even when politly being asked a question. I find every person i have encountered in this location lacks customer s3rvice. I would sooner hit the one across town then have to go here. Last night i stopped in and immdeiatly at the door was reminded why i dont go to this one n e more.

Stopped in for some quick grabs we needed unexpectedly. Nice store with lots of room. Great customer service.

Leanne is the most unpleasant person I have encountered. I've been at this location quite a few times, and she has shown not only me attitude but also to the workers. I am never coming back to this location ever again.

I come here because it is close. The pharmacy was the reason. I found that I would always be waiting even if no one else was in line, but I have a lot of patience so it doesn't bother me much. My last straw was my last visit to pharmacy though. I went in and I have so much on my mind that I sometimes forget things. I was being polite and trying to remember things but the person on other side I guess he got impatient and gave a huge sigh to me. Like dude, I waited 10 min with no line up before you walked over to help me and you can't give me 30 seconds of your time! Found him very rude. Today I found a new pharmacy across the street in a different plaza and right when I walked in a whole different experience. Switching myself and family over to new pharmacy. I'll share my experience with others as well and share it on local groups in social media. Treat people with dignity or you gonna lose business.

Great store and handy to have in the neighborhood. I wish they would have a better selection in Cosmetics. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This pharmacy is trash. There is no safe waiting area - in a time of COVID!Incompetent staff rushing about getting very little done. We made an apointment - no need, they ignored that. When I asked staff about appointments, they said they didn't follow that, and they were doing their best". I'm a little tired of people using that as an excuse for poor service and staff incompetence. Do your mental AND physical health a favor- go get your shots elsewhere."

Numerous errors by pharmaceutical staff on medication..incorrect dosage..not fulfilling doctors prescription..I had complained several times but the same errors were repeated which is unacceptable..had I not noticed the errors then it could have been detrimental if the medication was taken
