I have known Dr. Fung over 25 years and worked for him as an assistant several years. It was when I left to work for many dentists as a temp part time that I truly appreciated his absolute gift. He was born to do this work. Eyes Closed !He’s highly competitive with himself, his standards of care and technique are Un-matched in my opinion. His focus is always patient centred, never about anything else. Zero compromise. The staff follow his lead and it shows.

I have been seeing Dr. Fung for over 25 years and my son has never been to another dentist. Dr. Fung is the kindest, most knowledgeable, informative dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. He has a great office staff, who always make you feel welcomed and part of the family. I highly recommend Dr. Fung and his team if you are looking for more than just a dental chair, in and out kind of service.

Dr Fung extracted tooth 2 weeks. Went back yesterday with severe infection due to piece of tooth remaining inside gum which I had to extract myself. Called Dr today for further pain med and antibioticbut was refused anything. Can you say FIRED?!

I’ve had a root canal done and a broken tooth fixed , both times I felt super comfortable, no pain. I’ve had work done by both dentists , both super professional and staff is very helpful and polite .Thx you again for making me feel welcome

The dentist is great BUT the front ladies are RUDE!!! They booked my 4 kids appointments by postcards and I NEVER confirmed however a few visits later they tried to charge me no shows. If they were going to charge me for not showing up for appointments I didn't book they should of talked to me when it happened not after I had been there for appointments after. The main lady is beyond rude on the phone and in person. I feel bad for the actual dentist as he is losing out on a lot of clients and money and doesn't even realize it. It's not about the 50 dollars but more about the fact that this lady feels she can talk down to people and make children feel uncomfortable. I am happy however she did that when I recently tried to book my son in because now my family of 6 has found an awesome clinic with respectful people! I will be sure to steer my friends, family and co workers far away from this lady and her disgusting attitude. She needs to be fired to ensure clients are treated fairly. Lady here's a tip for you us clients pay your pay cheque. Hint hint. With out us there is NO you.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Fung for years. Lori and Linda are always super friendly, personable and accommodating. My hygienist, Elena, is always kind and gentle and of course, Dr. Fung is always thorough and the jolliest dentist I've ever had. Thank you Team West Ridge Dental for all of your years of exceptional service!

Dr. Fung is excellent. Totally painless. I had not visted the dentist in some time. Dr. Fung did not tsk tsk or anything. Just went to work fixing my issues.

Staff are very friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Fung is such a great, empathetic, sensitive, and knowledgeable dentist and really puts his patients at ease. I've been going to this clinic since I was a child and I've always had a positive experience at this clinic.

I have been going to see Dr. Fung at west ridge dental for decades.He is a good dentist (IMO) and gets the job done. The office will direct bill your dental plan which is a HUGE plus. Office hours are great for people who work.Good parking and convenient location.
