Old Navy

I went there today morning. I just wanted to confirm if the item was on sale or not & I could not find anyone . Then I saw a sales girl she was on jewellery department . When I asked her she spoke very rude to me that she works in jewellery department find someone else. Then I went to check out. Cashier named Mannat needs to learn how to treat everyone equally. She was so polite to the lady in front of me and her gestures were rude with me. I found her kind of people who do racism . Please Mannat start respecting people from your own culture. Would be beneficial to you in future as well.

Friendly staff from cashiers to fitting rooms. Returns were processed quickly. Well organized store with decent stock.

Went there to buy some long sleeve shirts for the kids. The quality is great, comfy and warm. At 6-8 dollars a shirt, you cannot go wrong.

I often visit this store at metropolis mall and shop clothes. Today I was on a quest for a part time job and just randomly visited this store to ask if they are hiring. I ran across this tall beautiful lady with black hair who was an absolutely gem. I was really bummed and frustrated at that point as I wasn’t able to find any company who could accommodate me with my tiny availability window. She didn’t just politely and patiently explained me about their hiring process, also made me feel so much better explaining how is it the availability that’s hindering me from getting hired rather my skills or qualifications. It was an absolute pleasure for me to talk to her because I felt so happy and encouraged to keep trying. Her customer service was above and beyond because she understood my situation, showed empathy and was compassionate enough to share her personal experience and make me the understand the reality which speaks volume about her. Honestly, old navy is lucky to have her and she absolutely deserves a raise. I will look forward to do more shopping in this location in future and also recommend my friends and families. Not everyone are so kind and empathetic to others, exceptional service and most recommended clothing store.

very bad. I choosed a dress marked as sale ($19). when I went to pay for, the cashier asked for more than ($50) !when I told the cashier about the price, she denied it and insisted on the $50 price.attached are the pictures for you to judge!

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is a bit crowded. Price is ok. Employees are pretty nice and friendly. Check out time is pretty long (most of time). Credit cards accepted. Fitting rooms available. Public washrooms available just next door. Located inside Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking lots available.

I just want to shout out to Krista, one of the managers at this location.She listened , apologized and took action right away.We need more customer service oriented workers like her !

Very generous staff. Lots of variety in every style of clothes. Within the mall so easily accessible. There is a dedicated area for kids having crayons and sheets for the little Picasso to demonstrate their skills. Anita helped us very patiently.
