We purchased a few lights from DeKor - and service was always great. A few years later one of the lights stopped working. Our electrician diagnosed a faulty part. I called DeKor simply asking for the make and model so that we could source the part ourselves. They offered instead to do it for us, and then were able to get it under warranty eventhough we did not ask and light was purchased years ago. Totally unexpected. Great service.

Friendly service. Beautiful store layout. Love the new light fixture, just the right one for a small area in my condo. It took about 30 minutes only for the electrician to install. A bonus!

Dekor in East City Ptbo has amazing customer service and an awesome showroom! I purchased a light while my home was being built and it took way longer then expected to be completed. Once in our new home I realized the base would not work with our vaulted ceiling. I was so disappointed. When I went into the store Karen offered an exchange on the exact same light just smaller. I was ecstatic…then when the exchange was done I was given a credit for the rest I originally spent (the new light was marked down significantly) I didn’t expect that….and I thought I was lucky just being offered an exchange. I spent all the credit in the store immediately as they helped me unload an reload my new light. Super helpful, both Karen and Andrea and I cannot wait to come back and purchase our next light. Thank you for the amazing service!

A few months ago, we were referred to the store and were so pleased that we visited. Karen & Andrea were so helpful with the lighting project for our renovated kitchen. They found the perfect combinations that really finished off our kitchen beautifully. Our vaulted kitchen presents us with a problem to install but Andrea was able to find the perfect hardware to successfully install the island fixture. We were so pleased with their professionalism and great customer service - we definitely would recommend them 100% for all lighting and decoration ideas.

Thank you to Karen and Andrea who took care of my 92 year old father today. He is not able to walk without a walker nor stand for very long with one. So, in order to view the lights comfortably, Karen very kindly gave him a ride around the store in her wheeled office chair. He loves the convenience of being able to park right in front of the store and always find exactly what he’s looking for. In the last two years he has bought lights for every room in the house from Karen so he is able to continue to live at home safely. The selection is perfect for finding a quality fixture that also has nice design elements.

This store and both ladies are absolutely amazing. We purchased our bathroom vanity and ceiling lights which our stunning. They took their time with us, never rushing or pushing for a sale. We highly recommend and will certainly make all future purchases at de.Kor.

This little gem of a business deserves every star.I arrived with one idea in mind and came out with three different light purchases.Karen was so helpful in checking to see if a single pendant was still available from the supplier. When it turned out that it wasn’t, she offered the brilliant suggestion to separate a triple pendant fixture to make three separate pendants.Also purchased a fabulous blinged out fixture on clearance that I didn’t even know I needed until I saw it. Still feeling as though I stole it!Honestly a great shopping experience from start to finish.Do yourself a favour and go to de.Kor first!
