Arthur Tkaczyk is spectacular and extremely professional. From my first purchase in London 5 years ago to him finding my second great investment to now the sale of the property. He set the selling price to the right market price then got over 10% asking price in the span of 2 weeks. From finding every contacts possible, financing, lawyer, construction specialist he has been there to help through all transactions…He is extremely experienced to a very high degree. I highly recommend to anyone that has high standard. Fabulous! 5 Stars!

Can't recommend services offered by Michael Tkaczyk. He is definitely a typical real estate agent. By this I specifically mean he will take advantage of you and lie to you, just so he can make the sale and cash the Tkaczyk cheque. Thats why his name is so similar to the word cheque"

My Landlord Rayna Elabed from Century 21st is one of the worst landlords I’ve ever had. Before moving in she convinced me to pay an extra $100 monthly for rent because according to her a lot of people were interested in the unit.However, The unit is falling apart, the floors are opening, the floors are also sinking in the middle of the house (which is a really bad sign that the foundation itself might be damaged and the house could collapse at any point), the landlord has not done the appropriate inspections, utilities are over $300 and before moving in I asked how much were utilities and landlord said she didn’t know but she didn’t think it was much.The apartment freezes, theres cold air coming in from the door, from under the sink, and several other places. We did not have a way to dispose of garbage for months and recently the landlord decided to provide 1 garbage can, ONLY 1 not big enough garbage can, for 3 units. The landlord continues to do things that are not legal, not giving appropriate notices, bringing workers late at night, and just doing whatever she wants to, showing no concerns or respect for her tenants. Doesn’t give updates about any maintenance, ignores complaints and questions. Denies anything she has ever done and never apologizes.Every tenant in this house has had to suffer because of this landlord, and even though we all have complained, little has been done.

As said in other reviews, if possible, I’d also give zero stars. My complaint is specifically regarding *Mallory Anne Underwood.*Extremely unprofessional; very poor communication, lack of care, little to no efforts in scheduling, poor social skills, little to no effort in obtaining details- at all, as well as in a timely manner,- irrelevant or untrue communication in order to put personal gain first, etc.Disappointed is an understatement. Completely unprofessional behaviour. Would not recommend working with a person who behaves this way in a professional setting.

In 2014 when I moved to Century 21 First Canadian, my main reason was because of the corporate brand recognition that the name ‘Century 21’ carried. I was a bit concerned moving from a small, close knit office to a very large office that I would feel less supported and more ‘on my own’ but that is the farthest thing from the truth. The attitude at Century 21 First Canadian is always professional, friendly and supportive from the terrific admin staff to the top management and my Realtor colleagues I have never felt ‘on my own’. Between the technology and marketing tools provided by Century 21 Canada to ongoing in-house training and our office Facebook group where agents can reach out to each other for help there are layers of resources available to grow professionally and grow your business.

purchased a London property that I definitely wouldn't have if the listing was accurate as I wouldnt have even gone to see it. They create misleading ads with false info.. for example including a picture of a garage in a listing that doesnt belong to the house, stating that the house has an AC system when it didnt. Had to pay 5k to install one. 0 stars.To owner: happy to follow up with you if you give me your name number and an offer to make things right.

If I could give them no stars I would. An unprofessional office who only cares about how much money they make. I wouldn’t go to them if you’re seeking a house under 650k, they pressure you into signing an offer you don’t want to submit with manipulation and FOMO. They don’t care about you unless you make them money

Hey every one,I want to say that century 21 is A brand in real estate and that was the only reason that we decided to sale our property by century 21 but we were not aware of that they have such kind of scammer in their realty like Gregory Tsionis and his wife Aurora Di Salle, and the amazing part is that she is not even a realtor, she came to my place with her husband and list our property but its been 9-Months that we are facing problem to sale that property and they are not even responding us. please BE CAREFUL about the one legal and one illegal scammer and also about century 21. because they have unprofessional, rude behavior, poor service and careless realtors like Greg and Aurora(illegal). never recommend them because of my poor experience.
