Amazing service! Chris was so helpful with some questions that I had about my car. I bought my car at a different dealership but nonetheless, he gave me honest and professional advice even though it had nothing to do with his dealership. He didn't have to help me but he chose to take time out of his busy day to do something nice. Chris is a very kind, honest and selfless person! I would definitely trust him to do business.

So I just bought a Mazda 5 from this dealer. I would not recommend doing business here from my experience.Came in to see the vehicle after some back and forth and questions I had, I put down a deposit.When taking the car on a test drive, I heard noise coming from the front passenger suspension area, Kris told me that he and his mechanic has personally inspected it and assured me it is a stab link that needs to be replaced, which is a cheap repair. I have had some experience with auto repairs in the past and it made sense, cheap repair no problem for the price.I also noted that the a/c was not blowing cold, Kris informed me that he and his mechanic also checked this out and it is missing the a/c belt. Again, this made sense and it is also a cheap repair, for the price no problem, my mechanic can do this.I put down a deposit to hold the car until the following week as I was by myself and did not have space in my driveway for the vehicle. I told Kris I will be picking it up on the weekend, since it was early in the week. That should give me the time to make space on my driveway and also have the car fixed before i brought it home.After asking me for a bigger deposit because his mom died, I told him sorry all i feel comfortable putting down. From there on out, constant calls and messages as when I am going to pick up the car. He went as far to registering the plates and the temporary sticker the next day and telling me well you have 10 days on the temp sticker so hurry up.I specifically told him when I was planning to pick up the vehicle, why would he do this? He claimed i did not tell him (lie).Anyway fast forward to today, car is at the mechanic, remember that noise that Kris said was a simple stab link? Nuh-uh car needs shocks and front control arms for safety. Oh and remember that a/c belt that simply needs to be installed. Nuh-uh was a seized compressor.$1700 later and my new car with low k's is ready to drive home.I know what you're thinking, my fault for not having my mechanic check it out first, last time i trust a car salesman that says they and their mechanic personally" checked it out.Not even sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from....Kris??"

We went to see Christian with regards to a vehicle he had advertised on his lot, We found he was very straightforward and honest with us when purchasing the car. We drove the car for a long test drive and made the purchase without any pushing or pressure. Christian did everything he said he would to the car for when we came back to pick it up and even items not requested. This was a very stress free and enjoyable car purchase for us, great man to deal with certainly honest.

I went to start auto after looking around at many different used car dealerships for a new car. The owner is a very great guy with excellent service. He is not pushy at all when it comes to the car sales, he lets you make your own decisions and doesnt bug you to buy the car. I found that great about him because all of the other uses car dealerships I’ve been to the owners and car salesmen are so pushy and you can tell that they are just trying to make a quick and easy sale. I ended up buying a very clean Mazda 3. It had hardly any rust either which is surprising for an older Mazda 3. The owner was quite fair on the price and we were able to come to an agreement right away. The most amazing part about start auto which I find very respectable was that a few days after buying the car I went to start it in the morning and the battery was dead. So I called the owner to tell him that and asked him what to do. He ended up driving all the way from Toronto to Burlington and replaced the battery for me! A lot of used car dealership owners would never do such a thing. They would typically say “sorry buddy but you bought the car and any problem afterwards has nothing to do with us”. This shows how much the owner cares about his business and cares about the customers he sells his cars to. He really is a straight up good guy who is very honest and caring. I would recommend anyone to go down to his lot and check out the cars there because he is bound to give you a good deal and insure that the car is In tip top shape before you drive away with it. Thanks start auto! I will be recommending you to anyone who is looking for a new used car.
