Cassie Fagan was very pleasant and uplifting to have a teeth cleaning from. She was very thorough and detailed with the cleaning she provided me and she answered and addressed any potential concerns I had. From chatting with her I could tell she was very passionate about her profession and that was made obvious by the wealth of information she conveyed to me as well as by her ongoing research she is committed to doing pertaining to her field of study. We are new to Duncan and it's been awhile since I've seen a dentist, they got me in within a week for my first appointment. The staff are very friendly and Amanda is amazing,very professional. My teeth and gums didn't hurt at all after my cleaning.

I have been here only a couple of times, but have always had a good experience! The staff here care about their patients. I feel listened to when I express any concerns. I recommend this dentist for sure!

Dr. Paul was quick and efficient. He fixed the issue and I was out in 20min. His assistant answered all my questions and explained what was going to happen during my appointment.All the staff is friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be recommending this office to anyone needing a dentist

Cass was very professional, friendly and courteous. She has a great sense of humour. She cleaned my teeth efficiently and the job seemed to be done in good time. My teeth and gums felt fresh and clean. I would recommend Cowichan Valley Dental Office to anyone. And also highly recommend Cass!! I look forward to my next cleaning and hope Cass will do the job!

I would recommend cowichan family dental to anyone! Staff is super friendly and the environment is warm. I love my dentist and my hygienist. Perfect place if you have any sort of anxiety about going to the dentist!

Absolutely the best dentist office in town in my opinion, always greeted with freindly smiling faces, they care about you and your well being, hands down the best dental experience I've ever had, Cassie is by far the best dental hygenist ive ever had, truely a pleasure to sit down and have your teeth cleaned! Cassie is breath of fresh air that makes a trip to the dentist enjoyable and as comfortable as possible. She is very polite, gentle and does a fantastic job without causing me any pain or discomfort. I highly recommend!
