Ksi kitchen solutions were extremely professional, great quality and great value. Jessica was a godsend with all of her design advice which really made our kitchen renovation go smoothly. The installers were courteous, meticulous, and very experienced. They did an immaculate job. We highly recommend KSI kitchens solution. And ask for Jessica especially she will take great care of you.

Poor comunication very bad service kitchen not finish after 6 months, the so call designer design for me a kitchen ment for a condominium according to the person that came and istaled the cabinets which was they're own employee, asking me to pay extra for handles that that we want it to change because again the person they send to do the installation told me that ware too big a picture of him holding the handle on one of the droors is seen on the pictures. After endless calls to them and them telling as that they calls as back which they never did idecide to find a person who is going to finish the job that they never did, this work started in july and this is my kitchen in Dicember.

Last year I have rebuilt our kitchen and it was Jessica who offered excellent service to us. Thanks for her professional suggestions and designs, I really love my new kitchen!

Jessica Han, the designer, was the main reason I went with this company. She guided me through the entire project from A to Z.She was very diligent with her work and very helpful. She also has a lot of talent and is always very humble and considerate.I was very satisfied with her work, and she helped me make my dream kitchen.

Renovating a full kitchen is a large project (New Cabinets, reflooring, repainting, electricity, Plumbing, decoration, etc)! Although KSI was only responsible for delivering and installing the new cabinet and countertop, however they helped and guide us with everything and provided a great advices about it. Thanks to Marci Li for staying on top of all and being available all the time answering hundreds of questions. She has a very nice personality, love her work, and doing it from her heart. Sometimes we disagreed about thing, details, deadlines but in the end we did accomplished all the work together with great success and now we have very beautiful kitchen.Of course there had been some conflicts and misunderstanding about various issues considering such a large project size. In the end, we were able to resolve all issues with the cooperation from Ruby and Marci (both are very cooperative) but it was exhausting to us to follow after details. My top advice to KSI is to quickly and easily respond to all customer requests for changes without making big issues and adding high prices to little extras. In the end, the customer should be happy after spending a lot of money in the kitchen.Thank you KSI for helping us along the way. Quality is good, customer relationship is great. Timeline is ok, Completing all details is excellent, we could not have done it without you, and we are happy in the end :)

We were looking to renovate a kitchen on a budget and our search to do so brought us right to KSI Cuisine Solutions in Laval (with a great promotional offer). We have been working with Jessica and Lin who are both very warm, patient, knowledgeable and professional. They have both been helpful at identifying our needs, and also establishing a realistic budget for the project. So far in the process, they have been a pleasure to work with.
