Went to Ranchmans last night and had a great time. You guys always play the best music! As always the staff was great and the bouncers were super on top of everything, I always feel safe at the bar. One of the bouncers, Zak was great, after a bit of an awkward situation with a stranger he came to check on my friend and I to make sure we were doing alright. Really appreciated it.

Second visit to Ranchmans did not disappoint, and I will definitely return again. Just wanted some decent food and live country music, and the Saturday afternoon jam delivered.

This place is a Calgary staple, go on Wednesday night for free dance lessons and live music with a quieter, less rowdy crowd. The weekend is great if you're looking for a party. The food here is underrated and more affordable than a lot of other popular bars / pubs.

First and last time at this establishment, they could care less about the well being of customers.Servers were wonderful I will admit, very friendly.Manager and bouncers are definitely on a high horse and think there “power” has gone to there heads.

Ranchman's is a fun place, except for the few hostile clients who are absolutely rude to new people. I'm talking about the same 3-4 dudes who are always there and seem to be friends with the bouncers, instructors and bartenders. They intentionally push and kick new male clients on the dance floor. I've seen this happened so many times and you can't complain because they make it appear as if it's an accident but will do it again and again.

This is basically the only real cowboy/girl bar left in the city.No mater what your age is this is the place to be The staff are friendly and fast. The food is top notch. This is the only bar I go to when I’m in Calgary and I’m here a lot

Had a great experience at ranchmans, Tyson and Kevin at the door were incredible, ensured I had a great time and made sure I had a safe ride home. Other bars need to take notes from ranchmans, Thankyou for taking top notch care of your patrons. It means the world to us. Best experience by the staff I’ve had at a country bar in years.

A great country bar/club, definitely more of a bar tho. They have classes for beginners, if you're interested in learning how to two step, west/east coast swing, line dancing. Overall a pretty lovely bar with great service and good people. Most importantly they have live music quite often, which is awesome!
