la Vie en Rose Kingsway Mall

VERY disappointed how this store treats their customers. I was shopping with my sister on boxing day and the older lady at the front with glasses was very rude and asked me to leave my bag at the door as if i was gonna steal from the store. Everyone around had shopping bags with them and she didn't ask them to keep their bags at the door. Also she kept stare at me and another lady who wears the hijab up and down. I will NEVER shop here again , she made me feel so uncomfortable . I did come back and speak to the manager but all she said she was sorry.

I came in around 7-730pm, right before closing. The 2 young ladies working were very helpful, and understanding. They helped me find everything I needed in that moment. They didn’t rush me, or make me feel bad for coming in late. I got 4 different items for myself that I’m absolutely in love with. I would highly recommend this location.

This is a wonderful store. The clothing, lingerie and accessories are beautiful and have something for everyone regardless of taste or size. From subtle to sexy you're sure find something.I was served by three amazing store personnel who all took the time to be friendly, courteous and most of all helpful. Never did I feel rushed or uncomfortable.So a huge thank you to Jackie, Kendall and Sam.You all are just the best and I look forward to seeing you and being served by you soon

Has a lot of selection and found some great gifts for my girlfriend. I stood at the till with my items for over 5 minutes and no one came to cash me out even though it was not busy. Other than that staff members were very friendly

I was shopping here with my girlfriend November 2 2022. We both felt so uncomfortable due to an employee with brown hair and glasses, a little older than the other employees. I’m assuming the manager but I could be wrong that was yelling across the store The 3 employees looked upset and miserable. The store was not accessible to walk around, clothing racks were everywhere, store was so unorganized. Other customers looked so uncomfortable being in the store and left. I really appreciate the two employees; curly hair with glasses and darker skin black hair for helping my girlfriend and made sure she was comfortable and happy with the things she bought. Thank you, because of you two our terrible experience turned into a good one.

I went into this location to purchase new bras. After having a baby and having my body completely change I was feeling very insecure and nervous to be fitted again and start this process again. I came in and a friendly and bright face greeted me - she said her name was Halla - I am probably misspelling it. But she immediately made me feel comfortable, was very helpful, sincere and made the entire process so seamless and even enjoyable. I cannot remember the last time I had such a great customer service experience, especially at the mall. I cannot wait to return to visit Halla and this location has now become my go-to since Victoria Secret closed in the mall.

I had one of the best experiences while bra shopping today.I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Im a bigger chested girl and Samantha, helped me so much. I left with 3 bras a body suit and 5 pairs of panties, and feeling so confident. And a list of things when I go back next time.I was sure to tell her manager, how thankful I was for a great shopping experience.Thank you kingsway La Vie En Rose but specially huge thankyou to Samantha.

Today was my first time shopping for a bikini. I had quite a hard time finding a good bikini that fits and looks great but Nicole was super helpful. She helped me with everything I needed and honestly she went above and beyond to help me with all the stuff. The other staff with blonde hair was very nice and friendly as well. It was such a great experience shopping here and Thank you so much Nicole.

A quick stop at la Vie en Rose for extensions for bras and learned that one can bring old bras to raise funds for breast cancer..will be returning to do this in due course; staff very helpful and friendly.

I was really pleased with my experience in the store. I felt completely taken care of by the staff - they listened to what I was looking for and helped me find it. It was a quick and easy shopping trip over my lunch break and I am very satisfied with my purchases. Will definitely go back!
