We recently (December 2020) purchased three iPhones through The Mobile Shop on Midland in Kingston. It was our first time using The Mobile Shop but I would definitely recommend them because the mobilist, whose name is Mina, was extremely knowledgeable, curtious and patient with all of our questions. Initially we were not sure which phones would be best for us however because of the questions he asked, we were able to make the choices of phones that would best suit our needs. We definitely had a great experience with The Mobile Shop and will return in the future...Thank you!

Stopped in with my husband on a whim to cancel my plan so we could get a family plan. Shawn at Loblaw store was super helpful. He answered our questions and gave great service. He suggested some additional offers while we waited for things to get transferred. Actually best service we've had in a long time- we didn't buy anything additional that would benefit the shop.

Such outstanding service from Bryan today at the Mobile Shop in Loblaws Midland! He truly went out of his way to answer all my questions and get me the best deal possible. You can tell that he puts a great amount of effort and pride into the work he does. He was an absolute joy to talk with while my new phone was being set up. Because of Bryan’s excellent service, I will most certainly be recommending all my friends visit him at the Mobile Shop when it’s time for new phones! Thanks Bryan!!

I’ve been to so many mobile stores and didn’t ever find what I needed. However, I found exactly what I needed here. I went there to get a new phone and Noel helped me out with such a good deal. He explained everything clearly and I am honestly so happy with the experience.

The service here was amazing!! Huge shoutout to Noel Gracious. My friend and I had so many questions and he patiently helped us out with everything. He explained everything clearly and made sure we left the store only after clearing all our doubts. My entire experience at the store was wonderful, all thanks to him. Good job guys!!
