First time at this salon. I just moved to the area.I was on time. No parking lot for the salon, as I am disabled...I needed parking close. She wasn't interested in seeing my photo of the style I wanted. She never offered me water,coffee or tea. No WIFI, so I looked at the paint dry for 45 minutes. No small talk. She didn't show me the final cut with a manual mirror. The cut wasn't what I wanted. I would never go back!

I absolutely love Celia and her talent. She has always done a beautiful job with my hair. She listens to my requests and if my expectations are not met, she will happily change what is needed. She's sweet and easy to talk to. Reads me very well when I am up for chatting or when. I would just like to sit in the chair and relax. As a mom. This is very valuable time for me. Thanks again for another great service Celia. ❤️

I came in for a hair service for my first time here almost a month ago with Celia and I’m still beyond happy with my hair, she was amazing. Looked at my reference photos and was able to achieve exactly what I wanted, offered me water, wifi and made the experience so enjoyable! Cannot wait to go back and would recommend her to anyone!!

I have had nothing but outstanding experiences with Celia Deschenes! She is so down-to-earth and genuine, every appointment is refreshing and full of lovely conversations. Anytime I have asked her for a style of haircut, she delivers with exactly what I asked for and BETTER. She knows what she’s doing, and on top of that she’s passionate about it. She’s focused, yet relaxed; professional, yet authentic. I have full confidence when I book an appointment with her that she’s going to make me feel beautiful by the end of it, both with her skills and her kind words. She was born to be a hairstylist. I brought my daughter who has VERY thick hair in to get her hair thinned out with some face framing. Celia did exactly what I asked for, will definitely be going back. Over all it was a job very well done in a relaxing atmosphere.

Mom been looking for a place to get her hair cut for years. She finally found someone who knows her trade. She is happy with the cut but says has to wait now see how it grows back. Of it grows back we'll She will be going back. If it doesn't grow back well, the search will begin again

As a first time customer, my experience here with Payton was everything I had hoped for. I was greeted when I arrived, brought to Payton's chair and offered water/coffee. She took time to listen to concerns/hopes and offered me a details explanation of the process for my hair. She delivered the best blonding I have had in years and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a bright white blonde. Her babylight game is fire! The salon is spacious and clean- lovely décor. I am going grey naturally no more dying hair they started off toning then low lights and hair same spent 225$ each time very disappointed I went 3 or 4 times spending a lot of money and I am a senior. Very disappointing will not go back

This was my second time at Valley Roots and it was another great experience. I usually leave salons not 100% in love with my hair but with Valley Roots I’m always impressed! Celia did my hair this time and she was so sweet and patient with my long thick hair! It turned out better than I could have imagined. Definitely worth every penny! 10/10 recommend ✨
