My first experience with stettner auto was great. My mechanic of many years closed their doors and it was highly recommended to me to switch to stettner. The customer service was friendly and prompt. In doing research after my quote for repairs, the quote proved to be very reasonable. Highly recommend.

They really care about your vehicle. It is a local business and they will have your car in and out in no time. They don't over charge and they fix your vehicle properly and they don't fix things that are unnecessary. They will also inform you of anything else that is wrong without charging. They are hard workers. Tip them.

I went here due to convenience of them being close to my office...gouge job. My favourite part was when they charged me a 50% Mark Up on the price of the parts, and then after all the suspension and brake work they completed - the problem I went in for was STILL apparent. I couldn't bother to take my vehicle back to them and went elsewhere. Of course it was a pain in the neck that I had to pay more for the repair elsewhere, but the problem is now fixed - no thanks to this company. Don't recommend.

Went for a quote, left number and details, was told I'll get a call. 1 month later and no call. Rates also seem a bit steep. Staff was friendly and seemed willing to help and make a sale but no follow up unfortunately.

Had a/c Freon refill after testing for vac leak( their machine said there wasn’t any leak) a/c worked for a couple days then no cold air again. Called and said I (me) should have got a Nitrogen leak test done… my bad I guess, didn’t offer any kind of solution, will not return.

Didnt not do proper diagnostic of vehicle. Claimed it took an hour and a half to find a breakline leak when leak can be spotted in seconds. Also said they bled a breakline that had a leak, which is impossible without plugging the line (which is a waste of time). Didn't contact me to tell there would be charged other then a quote (which is typically free, especially for a repeat customer). Also hung up the phone when he was caught in his tracks. I would not recommend Stettner to anyone.
