Toothworks Pine Ridge Dental Centre

My hygienist Brenda (I think) was great, she was covering someone’s shift so she’s not there often I guess! Had a good time while she cleaned my teeth. Would recommend Pine Ridge Dental as a whole though, been coming here around 10 years I think

Pine ridge dental staff and Dr. Suleiman are excellent when it comes to their customer service. Very courteous and appointments are on time. My husband and I have never had a bad experience at Pine ridge. Our hygienist Pam whom we have been going for years makes you feel very comfortable and she is gentle with our cleaning. Once you go to Pam you do not intend to switch to another hygienist cause she is the BEST!!!

I have been going to Pine Ridge Dental for nearly 10 years and never once had less than premium service from the staff, they make you feel at home. The receptionists are kind and I am always greeted by name, very comfortable environment to walk into. The facility is clean and new, the hygienists are always careful and attentive, literally 0 complaints to be made. Could not recommend this place more.

First visit at this clinic which I decided to try because it was within a short walk. Great service, Dorothy was a great hygienist and service was cheerful and professional. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is the panorama x-ray did not work properly the first few times due to some kind of technical issue. It did work eventually. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Will be back again.

I have been going to Pine Ridge since I moved to Scarborough six years ago. Pam has been my dental hygienist the last three years and it has been one of my best experiences that I even look forward to going to dental office. Each time we meet we catch upon what's happened since we last met and leave with a smile. 20182023: Pam is still my hygienist snd I am extremely pleased with her approach and work. I appreciate that the office reminds you off the appointment well in advance and keeps at it. As you get older you tend to forget and this practice is so helpful. Great job!

Very pleased with my new dentist. Just had a filling and a crown. The root canal part of my work was done by a specialist in root canals at another office.I’m retired from the University of Toronto. My old dentist was downtown in the MaRS Building (College & University). So when the pandemic started, going downtown was the last thing I wanted to do. So I found Pine Ridge which is 10 minutes from my condo in the Guildwood area of Scarborough.I’m so glad a made the move to a new dentist. Driving downtown and fighting traffic are not fun when you’re retired. It’s expensive too.Pine Ridge owns the lot, so only their patients use the parking. It’s 5 minutes from the highway 401, Sheppard Av E, Port Union, Kingston Rd, and Ellesmere. There are no stairs (perfect if you have an elderly parent that cannot deal with stairs). The place is completely accessible.I’m pleased with the work done. If you are looking for a new dentist in the suburbs this place is perfect.

Very pleasant staff and waiting area. Got my teeth cleaned by Pam who did an excellent job of getting rid of unsightly stains. Thanks Pam.

This has been my & my family’s sole dentist’s office for years and we’ve never had anything but a positive experience! The staff are always so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, and I always feel well taken care of when I go. I even moved further away and would rather the longer commute to here than switch to a closer dental practice! The facility itself is also beautiful and modern. This place makes you not dread the dentist haha.

Great location, easy to get to and plenty of parking. From the timely appointment reminders to the genuine welcome when I arrive, PRD respects the patient’s time and delivers excellent service. I have been going there for years. Having been an over brusher, I have some sensitive areas, but Pam, the highly skilled hygienist never causes me worry as I know my teeth will be cleaned without any pain. She can spot any issues and works closely with the dentists to keep my teeth in tip top shape. Pine Ridge Dental is Pain Free Dental.
