Shoppers Drug Mart

No zero provide. I have visited Shoppers （location: 9651 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, ON) for more than 10 years. Today I brought my 80 year old  mom  there to buy some eggs for cooking. We picked up couple boxes of eggs and then the cashier called Vida and told us this product is limited 2 boxes per person. And then rightaway without my permission she took away the extra boxes of eggs and left us with 4 boxes. I doubled check the price tag, and it does not show this particular product has limit of 2 per person. I asked why it was limited and Vida said its on the flyer. I ask Vida to show me the flyer. Vida showed me the flyer of a different product which is limited 2 per person.  I told her at the scene these are two different products.  Vida said that's our shopper's policy and told us to check the website. Vida made a mistake and refused to give us the product we wanted to purchase and refused to apologize to us. Vida was very disrespectful towards elder customers.

Staff at this location don't know the products they have in stock. Asked 3 different associates and all of them said that they don't carry a product I need. Went to shoppersdrugmart website and found that they have 2 in stock.

Asian guy working at the front pharmacy stand is not professional and will not be going back there because of how he dealt with a customer I also overheard him dealing with. Acts very passive aggressively rude but is actually very unprofessional and does not know how to deal with situations and speak like a mature professional adult what so ever, acts nice to pharmacist but then rude to customers. How does that make sense? Perhaps a way to keep your job - but run off customers. . Also be careful that they don’t try to get paid from your insurance for medication you haven’t picked up yet and then lie and say they don’t have the medication anymore when you try to pick it up. Is this even allowed? Proof from insurance company that they were paid for the medication weeks prior to them claiming they don’t have it there for you anymore and it’s “canceled” then when you try to show them the pdf paid receipt the insurance provided you with, they all of a sudden have the mediation in stock for you to get now…. Not sure if the chubby asian guy is sketchy or what exactly is going on there. But Will Not be going back there for business, rather another pharmacist!!.

Time: 4:45 PM, April 13, 2023Place: Medication Pickup CounterReason: I forgot bringing face mask with me when I was visiting the store. I didn’t feel well these couple of days coughing/sneezing a bit sometimes. When I was checking with a cashier to have a mask, she kindly referred me to the medication counter. No sooner had a tall pharmacist lady been about to give me a mask, than she was stopped by another Asian-looking short female pharmacist wearing glasses, insisting me to buy a package of masks! So upset given I’m a customer for more than 10 years as a frequent shopper (at least once a week)! Just wanted to protect other people especially the staff working there!

do you care or don't you care, I already packed medicine and food and was about to go to the cashier, I only brought cash that day, an old black woman came and I thought she would help me, but she just said to me that no one pays cash, only debit and credit, and I went home without a bag., and I think the old black lady is happy that she can't help the customers. but she will help you to be embarrassed and go home without carrying any shopping. useless and paid attention to nothing and wasted my time there and that's it

Thanks a femal Phamasist(sorry do not know her name) who let me know I offetn use the Mathotrexate is conflicting with Amoxicillin. It happend after I saw the Dental Doctor at 19:30 January 20. I just ask which time is better to take the Amixicilin. She is very patient to check in the computer. I am very hungry in that time, but when I got she printer 2 papers instruction and inform me how to avoid the conflict between medicins. I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

I love this location because the wide selection of products like makeup, skin/hair care, and more. It's very convenient and staff are always happy to help
