These guys offered a quote to relocate a cargo van i purchased. They stuck to the quote, delivered in the selected time frame and easy going staff. Communication was top notch... rates were awesome. 2 thumbs up, 10/10. Will use again, and definitely will recommend.

I was quoted (in writing) for the price of my scrap car. The day of the scheduled pick up they messaged me and said that they would be paying less... knowing we were in a time pinch. Numerous others have told me they had the same experience. Looks like a part of their business model. Stay away!

So, I had to unfortunate circumstance of needing a tow truck this morning. Ryan took care of my car as if it was his own...thank you for the attention to detail in regards to making sure the tow didn't add any dings and scratches to the paint, not to mention the entertaining conversation on the way to my mechanic. If you are ever in need of a tow these are your guys - hands down!

The level of customer service that I experienced with this particular company FAR surpassed all expectations. Not only did they give me a better price than ANYONE in London, the were more than prompt, exceptionally polite and exceedingly helpful in every way that I requested of them, despite the horrible weather. I called to have my truck towed out of town, he had the best price around. When I needed to get it to a shop, he recommended a good one and towed it there for a fraction of the cost of the other guys. When my van stranded me, he was there to get it home.I would highly recommend this company. There isn't a lot of people out there who still go above and beyond what's asked for. You will definitely get what you pay for a couple times over.Fast, friendly, reliable and excellent work ethic. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

James helped me move an old car that had been sitting for months. The hood wouldn't open. It wouldn't start. The rear wheels were seized. He got it loaded and moving in under 10 minutes. He responded to the call in under 30 minutes, and he had a great price. Professional, courteous service.

I had them take away a car today for scrap & salvage.They were one of two companies in town that offered me a rate that I actually felt was reasonable for a car that had lots of new parts to salvage, but a failing engine and rusting underbody that might as well be scrapped.I picked them over the competition because I appreciated the attitude I recieved on my initial phone call!They took about double the quoted time to come pick it up, but they are a towing company and things come up! So that really didn't bother me at all- just set aside enough time if you have them coming.They came the same day (within 2 hours), which I really appreciated.The driver had a similar persona to the one of the phone-- upbeat, friendly and easy-going. He made this process, which is new to me, very easy and fast. They pay in cash which is super handy (as other companies offered a cheque).They truly seem to have pleasant, knowledgable staff, are fair and have an easy process.I cannot say a single negative thing about my experience with this company.I would 100% recommend this company to anyone that found themselves in the same situation as me!
