First visit. Large store with a lot of selection and a lot to soak in. Sales to be had if you check around enough. Staff didn't approach me which I'm perfectly fine with but they were present if you require assistance. Staff at checkout were professional and friendly. I purchased a jacket and they informed me about the warranty, should I need it and some other tips. It was the end of the night, just before closing and they were tired but I appreciate the friendliness. Nice addition to CF Champlain.

I'm confused. I used to go to LL Bean for quality goods made in the USA with a lifetime guarantee. Now I find out less than 10% of ll bean products are made in the us?!? and its a 1 year guarantee?Why are you still charging premium prices for cheap materials made oversees? The store looked messy and it was hard to get service. Once I looked at the tags, and saw the materials and county of origin and the price, I walked out. Shame ll bean.

What a great store, i used to go to nova scotia just for LLBean therefore I am a regular. The woman with curly hair with glasses that was on cash was excellent loved her service and the atmosphere she produced!!! Here you’re losing a couple star since this older gentleman working the floor gave us side eyes and followed us everywhere, overall did not feel the most comfortable. I’m guessing maybe its because I was with my girlfriend and h’es still not used to this generation… Anyways, to each there own I work in customer service and just wanted to let you guys know!

Older gentleman, I believe the manager, was arrogant and rude with my wife when she asked him some questions regarding a jacket she was interested in. She was having a hard time finding it since the store was a but messy. He then followed her around making her feel uncomfortable. We wont be going back.
