bad receptionists unqualified they are not organized and treat patients rude. They lie alot and tell patients to come for their appointments and then they get delayed 3 hours. Doctor Hussain takes too much time with patients every patient he takes in to diagnose takes forever to finish like every patient half an hour or more unprofessional in time management. I wouldn't recommend this clinic it's unorganized.

It was my first walk in clinic as l landed in Canada with PR. The Nurse was very nice and polite. I saw Dr Taga and he's an excellent doctor. I would recommend them. Keep up the good work. However the waiting could be very annoying. Don't go there if you are in a hurry.

Barely do they ever answer the phones and their phones usually don't work on Mondays. They say there's someone at the back" who answers the calls on Mondays but it seems more like this person is doing something with the phone in order to avoid answering calls."

All 3 doctors are bad their knowledge is not good they ignore your complaint and blame what they can't treat on stress, genetics, your ethnicity, age or whatever their knowledge is minimal, I would say the lady doctor is better but overall they don't bother to try to treat or believe their patients complain and Dr Taha won't give a requesition unless you're dying in front of him. they misdiagnosed me for years ignoring my illness and just putting me on medication to tame down my symptoms but never treating the root issue simply they don't care. Dr. Hussain is my family doctor but would change that the minute I find another doctor, let alone I usually have appointments with them and they keep me waiting for up to 3 hrs I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

If you are okay with dedicating a whole day to waiting to see the doctor for 15 mins then sure this is the one. The waiting time is ridiculous. The staff lies a lot. I took a test and while waiting for the resukts which only takes 2 mins by the way the doctor started seeing someone else and took me another 30 mins. They really test your patience. Pathetic clinic and staff.

The reason for the 2 stars is because the doctors are wonderful! But the front desk… I can’t even explain. Good luck trying to call in and book an appointment. You need to call Atleast 20 or more times to get a hold of someone. Most of the receptionist don’t know how to do things properly. I’ve been going there for 8 years and there’s always been an issue with the front desk. I understand they can get busy but come on, you see the phone ringing. I would assume after calling over 20 times, someone would answer. They really need to work on that. I’m starting to think I should really go somewhere else.

I’ve been calling non stop for several weeks, NOONE has answered the phone. Few months ago they scheduled me for a phone call appointment and no one called me back. I even called back and they said doctor will call me, but no response. I wonder if they put me on the list and still charging to OHIP. It’s ridiculous. This place needs to either take ONLY appointments or JUST walk ins. Don’t try to bite off more than you can chew. The receptionists need a lot more training. They need to be able to multitask and handle phone calls and walk ins. I LOVE my doctor, but if this is how the service is that I can’t even call to make an appointment, I will have to find a new doctor. I wish Dr. Sulaiman had her own practice.EDIT: if they know you or you’re Arabic then you’re good. Because they make you sit inside so they can quickly let you go in before everyone else who has been waiting forever. Also, all the people saying they think the staff is amazing are the ones bribing them. There’s literally people bringing in flowers and coffee for Angie and she accepts the bribes to let them go in earlier. There’s no sign of management at all. She basically says I’ll call you in two hours go and come back but let’s do many others go before you and never calls anyone. Why can’t both receptionists start checking people in? I understand they are assigned for each doctor but if they cooperate things can get done faster. Angie also keeps the phone on speaker and the entire room can hear all confidential matters . No sense of privacy in this place.

Our appointment is at 11:45 AMTime now is 1:40 PM and still waiting in a very small waiting area that's packed with peopel.Don't they think we also have work and commitment!!!! If I am going just to do check and taking the entire day off this is absolutely ridiculousIf you are not capable for this capsity why accepting new patients then!!!!

Doctors there are truly amazing, very helpful. Always nice to you, you can actually feel that they are there to help you get better.However, the staff at the front desk is a different story. I don't want to call out names here, that's senseless. Not all of those ladies are rude and just not carrying, just one of them. That happened more than once where i called in (and somehow they picked up the phone after calling like 30x - that's not their strong side either) she booked a call with my family doctor for the following day. The phone didn't ring, doctor didn't call. So i though i will give them one more call in order to schedule my call with the doctor. Called in, she booked it again (for the same day), had no explanation for why he did not call, i wasn't informed and left hanging. Dodging questions and replying with the same mantras, just not professional, especially when you work in health industry.To sum it up, great doctors, most of the staff is really helpful but like everywhere you have those black sheep that just make your day/life harder.1 star because that's how bad the front desk is.

Dr Saad Hussain is great. The staff is horrible. Stay away from the female walkin dr. Waited 2 hrs for my child to be seen and she couldn't take it anymore and we left
