Amazing food and great value for such a high-end experience. The food was great and I definitely would recommend reserving in advance as it gives you the best chance of getting a table with a view of the water / dock! The service was great and the staff was incredibly kind. Their drinks are also very exotic and offers a nice unique experience. Can't wait to be back!

Fantastic food food, fantastic service, beautiful restaurant!Went here for dinner one night and tried the foie gras, oysters, lamb and special of the evening which was venison tenderloin. I tell you if you think beef tenderloin is tender, try venison! All the portions were decent size and foie gras was big enough to share with three or four people. Go there. Eat there. Love it there!

An elegant restaurant located in Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The atmosphere of the view of the Saint Lawrence River and the friendly staff are excellent. Considering the high price, the taste of the food was a little disappointing. Seefood casserole is a soft and rich ingredient that adds flavor. Beef flank steak is a regular steak, so it was a pity that there was no special feature. Lamb was properly baked and the meat was soft.

Service:The host at the lunch got us a table far from the window side while there were a plenty of empty tables alongside window. What they said was it is all reserved at 11:30am when they just opened.The tables had been empty by the time we left. It made me feel like i am an unvaluable customer to that specific manager. I should have asked her name and make complaints to the Hotel.The half of restaurant's reputation is from the beautiful view"Most of them are very kind.I went there two times for lunch and dinner as I stayed at Fairmont hotel.Overall the service was good except the interaction with the manager at the lunch. I was there in March 24th 2023 around Lunch time at 11:30am - 12:40pm.Foods:Dinner- The flank steaks are like it has a rubber string inside and it was hard to cut to smaller pieces. The braised beef rib was okay...ish. I expected more than that.Lunch- The pasta and scallops were fantastic."

Ate here while staying at the Fairmont. Very much a cocktail bar/fine dining setting with fancy drinks and low lighting being a major focus.Seats with better lighting and a view have to be reserved. We were able to walk in and eat without a reservation (but on a Monday) at 5pm.Food was delicious. Our children enjoyed their choices from the kids menu. We enjoyed a Caesar salad and poutine. Our server was very kind and friendly.Reason for 4 stars is there were no water top ups and it took awhile to get our bill. It did get busy though but we could have been gone and freed up a table had we got checked on sooner.

The atmosphere was very pleasant and we only went there for dessert and coffee. Both desserts were less than mediocre especially the chef's special. Out of the four I could only eat one dessert though I tried my best to finish as much as I could. Not sure how someone can make such tastelessdesserts !

We had a lovely experience! We had an amazing table with a view of the St. Lawrence river. Our server Louis was so wonderful and accommodating. The drinks were delicious. It was a beautiful romantic evening. The food was delicious!

Wonderful views in this restaurant with nice food and drink is the best part of experience in Quebec!I'm lucky to have a seat nearby the window and the atmosphere so great!The food was nice but not surprised.Better booking in advance cause there are lots of tourists that it could be full.

Wow what a view! The restaurant is inside the majestic hotel Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, the food was absolutely delicious. First off is the French onion soup, which according to the server uses their local 1608 Cheese" and is absolutely delicious. The main course salmon was cooked perfectly

I was truly impressed with the exceptional level of customer service at this establishment, extending from the gracious host to the attentive servers. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, despite our late arrival and lack of prior reservations. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with a lovely and intimate table, setting the perfect ambiance for our special evening. The food and drinks were immaculately prepared and served, leaving us completely satisfied with every bite. The atmosphere of the restaurant radiated romance and charm, making it a perfect spot for couples to celebrate special occasions such as anniversaries, date nights, and birthdays. I highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable and delightful dining experience.
