Badly needed repair and refresh to our much used banquette. Also fixed some errors made by the person who built the banquette in the first place. Very quick and efficient. Quality is great. Had to deliver and pick up ourselves but well worth it especially during COVID. One request regarding the return into the wall not done as requested but a minor thing in the grand scheme of things. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful job the staff with Jenso did with my upholstering project. Our antique chair was refinished and needed new cushions and material. The completed piece exceeded my expectations. Such an amazing place and such great work! I wanted my furniture to look brand new and that’s exactly what I got. They replaced the material without ruining the wood and it looks as if I bought it from a high value furniture store. The customer service was just as good, with the workers being so kind and helpful. Overall I really recommend this place.

Positive experience with owner but sub standard materials and workmanship. Foam batting and glue with no cloth cover for fitting covers back on to the ,2 seat cushions. Expected more for the overly expensive charge. Would not use them again.

I had an old chair taking up space in our home for far too long. We decided to get it reupholstered and give new life to a space in our home. We brought our chair to Jenso and with such attention to detail they transformed our chair to a beautiful piece of furniture that works so well with our decor. We also brought in a bench that desperately needed repair. This newly covered bench is a classy and functional addition to our ensuite bathroom.We are very impressed with the craftsmanship and the professionalism of Suzette who helped me to select the fabric for these “new” pieces of furniture. Jenso exceeded expectations in every way, they were extremely accommodating, had a great assortment of fabrics to choose from, completed the reupholstering of 8 dining chairs in the span of one week and the quality of the work was top notch. Highly recommend.
