A+ experience as a first time customer. Very responsive customer support for order inquiries. I had a hiccup with import duty charges on the day of the delivery, but MiningCave quickly resolved the issue with UPS directly and ensured a smooth delivery of my order.

Great experience and product... new to mining and the 6GPU rig setup is small and functional with the capability of expansion. Responsive and professional communication from the MiningCave staff exceeded expectations.

I highly recommend MiningCave to anyone. They are incredibly professional and everything came within the stated time frame. They e-mail you with all the shipping tracking when they are ready to ship it (I panicked at not hearing back immediately) but rest assured you will hear with the order tracking on the day and then lots of helpful follow up emails with great unpacking and installation instructions. The quality of the rig and cards is excellent and actually new (not mined for 3 months first). I had a few problems with basics that are way out of MiningCave scope but every time they reached out with a real person and a real response. Your investment is safe when you go with a proper business. These guys are awesome don't hesitate to make your purchase.

Upon start up, my 8 gpu rig on board video did not function. I couldn't get my rig to operate with HiveOs due to this issue. I bought a new SSD and flash with HiveOs to get my rig running. The on-board video still did not function properly. I started to install 1 GPU at a time. It turns out 1 riser was malfunctioning and making the rig glitch. MiningCave started to assist. They sent spare riser with the rig. I replaced the bad riser and performed the same steps over again and this time with no OC's for 24 hours. Rig operating good but, still that video issues. Added OC's and plug the monitor into a graphics cards instead of the motherboard. I can finally see a full screen, although still not a 100%.

This is an excellent and well-run company. The company offers a very good selection of mining equipment at reasonable and competitive prices. I would go further and state that doing business with the company adds value to your mining operations. This company offers an opportunity for entrepreneurs to enter the mining business without losing their shirts. The company offers excellent customer service and value and have a bright future ahead. UPDATE: After buying a 3rd rig from them it seems they may have gotten too big to remember us little people. Customer service is virtually non existent. The rig did not power on at all and instead of replacing it they gave me instructions to take everything apart and trouble shoot myself. I am not a tech, that's why I paid twice the price for the 3rd rig.If they replace or refund the defective rig I will update again.I'll leave my original review so you know how things have changed:I ordered the 12 GPU rig kit. This was my first rig so I had some questions. They replied with very detailed instructions and guidance and I was up and running quickly. I will be back when it's time to upgrade! Highly recommend!

First ever review so you know they are good. Marc helped me figure out the logistics and help compare machines and prices. He said the best thing i could do for him is to leave a review. Wish I could do more. Bought a 8 rig set to start.

Great service, bought my first rig (6 GPU) from this guys excellent communication, always willing to answer my questions and give advice. Highly recommended, you always wonder where to buy this kind of hardware and I can tell you price, service and quality MiningCave is a no brainer, I'll be coming back for more. I'm a US customer got better prices than local vendors.

Ordered a complete mining rig - 8 GPU - received the shipment as promised. Set up the rig and started mining, no issues. Can't say how easy it was to work with this company. So glad to have this mining rig. Looks sweet, setup was easy, response to inquiries were quick and informative. Can't wait to do more business with MiningCave to help grow my farm! Thanks guys!

MiningCave is the best place to get professional configured mining rigs and service, hands down. They are super responsive and answered all my questions before they even had a sale. Once I purchased, they continued to communicate and even helped with questions during setup as I was unfamiliar mining on Linux based systems having only used Windows (really should have switched sooner cause this is so much better). Product is top quality and runs like a beast. Have ordered a second unit and can't wait for it to arrive. I was worried about shipping but they package things really well for those concerned about international shipping on these rigs. Thanks again!
