This isn't a place I have worked, but I have family and friends that work there and the stories I hear about how the place is run, the rules, the treatment of the employees. The pay is good, but I don't think I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a job. Hopefully this is just a series of bad events and not how the company operates normally.

Worked there for years, when I quit they took so long to send my tax information in that we couldn't claim part of it and now, a year later during tax review and I get to pay in extra because they wouldn't send then sooner. Also a terrible company to deal with in general would not recommend. You are just a number in a seat there.

I think by default you have to rate your workplace 5 stars. Either way, benefits are good, workplace culture is rather relaxed and the managers/staff are pleasant to work with.

I've worked for nordia for 5 years now. It is by far the best place I've had the opportunity to work. It's offered me challenges and colleagues that make a huge positive difference in my day. The site is well taken care of and extremely modern. The company has done well in face if 2020 in it's ability to adapt and protect the staff.

Friendly people to work with and very nice environment, sadly the stressful work in sales killed it for me. Also lack of accommodation for no buses after 8pm made traveling difficult.
