One Stop has excellent, knowledgeable staff. Their inventory is broad. They use their experience to ensure that all their customers are getting the proper product, and/or repair option.

This is best place that I have found for spare parts for plumbing. After trying at Canadian Tire, Lowes and Home Depot, I could only get something similar to what I have, but not exactly what is needed. One Stop Plumbing got me the proper part. Used them twice, and their recommendation worked on the first attempt. Just make sure to get the old part and to show it to them. They will give you the correct part.First repair was a hard water faucet valve. I could find the valve at Lowes, but the handle would not fit on it. One Stop Plumbing gave me an assembly that is the valve with a handle on it.Second repair was a leaking toilet tank. The gaskets on the bolt were old and worn out. The Canadian Tire repair kit had what I needed but the gaskets were too big to fit on the bottom of the tank because there is styrofoam insulation. The kit from One Stop Plumbing had the proper sized gaskets, and also had wing nuts. The Canadian Tire kit that had wing nuts were almost twice the price of the kit from One Stop Plumbing.Highly recommend them for plumbing parts ...

Extensive stock and knowledge and super helpful. You can go to a big box store and cobble together reducers, couplings, etc in order to get the outcome you need OR you can go to a locally owned, specialty store like One Stop and get the ONE part that will do what you need. And save time and money (speaking from frustrating experiences). I ran around to so many stores trying to find what I needed before a store rep suggested One Stop. I came in and they had the exact odd" part I was searching for. Even if you pay more than you would at Lowes or Home Depot

I was looking for a part not available at larger nearby stores nor from major online sources. Owner was very helpful in discussing options (which I had considered) but also had one size of the part I wanted in stock, and ordered other sizes I requested. Order came in promptly as promised. A dependable source of parts and advice, highly recommended.

First time this store has not been able to find a part. Flexible saddle tee. Individual just said never heard of it didn't even offer assistance in any way to look up part.

This place was recommended to me by a bath and kitchen place. After calling for a hard to find part which they had, we also discussed some other parts we needed. They were so very helpful and provided suggestions and were patient while we consulted with someone on the phone. Highly recommend!!!

I was in One Stop Plumbing yesterday with my dual toilet plunger that needed to be replaced and the owner knew immediately that it was from a one piece toilet and where to get a part. I had been to the Noble down the road and they were stumped. They were nice but said because the toilet wasn't American Standard they couldn't help. I would definitely go here first

Needed a plumbing fitting with an obscure thread, had been to 5 different places. I was at One Stop Plumbing less than 5 minutes and they had the right fitting, I paid for it and was gone. Excellent customer service! Fantastic place

True to the name, they are the one and only stop you need to make for all of your plumbing supplies. I found a vacuum breaker for an old frost free garden hose that was out of stock everywhere in Southern Ontario. You can also text pictures in case you have difficulty.Polly is a gem of a person as well and super fun to chat with, and would gladly share her wealth of knowledge around any issues you might have.
