Extremely poor customer service and the cashier couldn't even be bothered to change the printer paper when I asked for a receipt. His solution was to simply not give me a receipt, which I specifically asked for - all this despite the fact it wasn't busy at all (by his own admission). Just awful customer service. General uncleanliness throughout the store and confusing layout, could not recommend.

I was overcharged once. When I went back they compensated me. Great costumer service and the prices are really fair. These guys rock. Also got a great set of replica swords.

This place is a rip of over charged me $150 for a box of Pokémon card that sells for $64.00 online. That is a huge $$$ difference.Im going to be contact the MP on this business as for price gouching.Whoever shops here be careful and pay attention to what your buying when going here...Sad business over price especially during CovidIf I could post the price of what I paid and what they sell for online I would but that's not an option here.Anyone interested in see the photos of this scam mesage me

A great place to get a nice assortment of premium cigars. While I was convalescing in my home from hip surgery, Jay, the owner, personally drove over with a box of my go-tos and told me to pay when I can get in to the store. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Paid $80 for my onyourway bus pass, only to find next morning when i go to use it, insufficient funds.They took my money and said yes if it had 80 bucks on it. Bunch of rip off artists.Oh and they don't maintain their humidor, so all their cigars have gone bad.
