Season to Season Heating & Air Conditioning

I needed a central heating and air condition system installed in my house and I called Sheldon after reading all the excellent Google reviews.I already had high expectations from him because of the reviews and I'm very happy to say that Sheldon had not just met those expectations but also exceeded them.My experience with him during the entire process was a breath of fresh air - a stark contrast with suffocating experience I had with some other contractors. Pun intended :)1) Excellent communication, punctual and always kept his word.2) Very reasonable and fair pricing and quick installation. Left the worksite clean and tidy after they are done.3) I missed a requirement during our initial discussion but remembered it only after the duct work for furnace is done. I requested him to include it midway and he was kind enough to accommodate my request for a reasonable price increase for the rework. A very fair win-win deal.4) Advised against my request to install a central humidifier citing that the HRV should do the job with proper configuration. Offered to install it later if HRV is not doing the job. Full marks for integrity for not selling me stuff I might not need.5) Even after full payment is done, He came back on time to install three missing vent coversI'll be giving his reference to any of my friends and family looking for Heating system/AC installation and strongly recommend him to anyone reading this review.

I would highly recommend this company! Sheldon (owner) came highly recommended by friends, reviews and speak of accessibility, he resides in the neighborhood. I needed my a/c and furnace replaced as they were worn (25 years) & outdated. I had limited knowledge of these units until I contacted and met Sheldon. Sheldon is a very personable, patient, honest, and trustworthy individual who is willing to provide all information/options to the consumer to make an informed decision. Very happy with our complete install. Very fair pricing and excellent work. Sheldon was great to work with and very accommodating to our schedule. Sheldon is amazing! We were recommended to use their services from our realtor. Our new house did not have central a/c and we knew that we wanted it installed when we got possession. I contacted Sheldon a few weeks prior to possession to talk about pricing estimates and they were super responsive and helpful. The a/c install was seamless and Sheldon definitely knows what they’re doing. HIGHLY recommend their services.

He arrived early, had all parts available and very informative regarding the parts and possible maintenance needed for our unit. In the past I've probably hsd 5 different hvac companies to my house and none of them came close to the service that I received from Sheldon at season to season. He is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure he explained everything as he was working. Best hvac company I've used by far.
