He explained the functions on the door opener and how to trouble shoot any issues. He also had the parts on hand to complete the install the way we wanted it. Easy to schedule, affordable, excellent and clean work. Nick did my install and it is the best looking opener install I've ever seen! Every wire line was perfectly straight. He took the time to make sure it was perfect.

They came quickly and fixed my spring issue at same time made notes of my site. In the spring I ordered a new door, they had me on file and installed exactly as promised. Cant ask for more than that nice to see a company looking after clients needs. Not easy to get.

Overall an excellent experience dealing with WGD. From time to calling for a quote to complete install was less than 2 months. The gentleman that came to give us our quote showed up on time, was through and explained every option to us well, and provided us a reasonable quote on site.Delivery for the door was 3-4 weeks and was closer to the 4 week mark. For the installation 2 fella's showed up on time and had the job complete within a few hours and discard all old products/garage door. We were told it was be roughly 3-5 weeks (as there was a backlog) to have the remaining capping installed around the exterior of the garage. The capping ended up being installed approximate 1 week after the door went up which was nice to have everything completed in a short time frame.10/10 service, reasonably priced and friendly staff. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new garage door!

I was very happy with the service from Whitby Garage Doors. The receptionist who took my call was very friendly and helpful. She was willing to listen to all my concerns. Nick came and he was very thorough and informative. He took the time to give me some tips on how I should maintain the garage door. It was a stressful situation but the staff at Whitby Garage Doors made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!!
