Here are the pictures of my pan purchased at Williams & Sonoma and given to me by my daughter. Notice the coating coming off from the side. Total fail. She didn’t save the receipt. One of the managers Karen told me no problem we will have our accounting dept trace it on the card.Weeks go by. I call. Karen says still working on it. Weeks go by. I call. Karen says we can’t find the receipt. But don’t worry we’ll replace it, just have to find a replacement. I explain I’m going away on vacation I will be back week of April 4th. A week goes by. I call. Karen on medical leave and a woman named Kate says without a receipt they can’t do anything. It’s their pan. Their name is all over it. I’ll let you know how this goes. Don’t buy anything from them until you hear how they handle warranty issues and long term customers.April 12th Kate called says they are not offering any warranty on their pan because I do not have a receipt. Their name is written all over the pan! I have spent over a thousand dollars in this store. Will never spend another dime.

Wonderful high end kitchen store with lots of selection. Excellent customer service and very nice merchandising. They carry those big bottomed coffee/latte mugs that are so hard to find! I bought one there for an average price (11$)! I will be back!

Great quality at a bit high prices. Can get the same thing online for less. However, staff is friendly and willing to explain items.

This was the first time I had been in the store. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Above & beyond I'd say. For anyone who's looking, I found & purchased a cast iron wok, something I've never seen before, & am excited to cook with. Their selection of items are beautifully displayed which makes the shopping experience pleasant. If you're in the market for kitchen type items, this is a store you must check out. You won't be disappointed.

Probably the worst shopping experience I had in a long time. I walked in and was instantly approached by two people within a minute asking what I was looking for. Then the item I called about wasn’t available. Then I went and found a replacement item and the women helped the couple behind me instead of me.. and then they completely ignored me and talked amongst themselves as they rang me in. Weren’t even going to give me a box and tossed the $400+ in crystal around, like it was a pillow put it side ways in the bag. Overall a terrible experience all around. Whether you’re spending $1 or $500 you should be able to have a reps attention while you’re rang in.

Very nicely appointed kitchen and accessories store. Full range of items for home chefs. Like many retail outlets these days, they seem to be more of a showroom than a store where you can actually purchase the item you want. Tried to buy an expensive cookware piece and was told it was not in stock and I would have to order it from their website and pay shipping - no option for the store to order it in for me - huh? And they won't sell the display" item. Store is better for browsing than actual buying."

Got our drip machine here. Awesome selection. Premium products and knowledgeable staff. Not much more you can ask for

Nice buying experience, they price matched with The Bay and we bought our breville espresso machine form them.

Whenever at chinook we visit this location to see all the new goodies and kitchen options. Beware, it's not cheap but the quality is very good. Sometimes l, pre covid at least they had hot apple samples to taste. Lots of tasty mixes and gadgets. Mostly out of my budget but then again I don't cook for a huge family now either. Either way a neat place to visit for gifts and chachkys and other appliances and knives etc. Staff is always welcoming
