We had the buttermilk chicken curry and the French onion steak sandwich. Both were so good. The pita chips with buttermilk chicken curry were kind of meh though. I look forward to coming back and trying more items from the menu.

Honestly this place is a must visit. Food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Our server, who had the name tag of Archie" was absolutely amazing. It was a nice retro atmosphere and it wasn't loud like a lot of places now. We look forward to going back in the near future."

I’ve sent the order back once because the kitchen forgot to make the wings with ONLY salt and pepper - no lime or sugar of any kind. They’ve sent them back with so much salt and pepper that I’m trying to wipe it off with a napkin! Look at it on the plate. (My waitress is great but the food is not.)

I know I went on a Saturday evening, but still.....After our orders did not come out for 45 minutes, my friend pulled the waitress aside to ask about our food. Her answer - the place was busy and we should expect another 45 minutes at least and that our order hasn't even been looked at by the cook.At this point the waitress started to get rude. After avoiding us for 45 minutes, not even telling us about the long wait, all we did was ask how much longer. She was rude, when we saw her, the rest of our visit.Got food finally. Starving. I had chicken parm with penne alfredo. I did not like the taste of the sauces, especially the alfredo one. My friend tried my food, and said the tomato sauce was not good tasting, but both were not good. Just my opinion, as someone who makes chicken parm at home all the time, this one was not good. My opinion.I waited many years to try this place and was so excited to try it out. I was so disappointed.Edited: I forgot, my friend ordered nachos that were burnt! I added that picture if you can see, as I didn't take a detailed picture of her food.I understand that wait times an uncontrollable factor, but the complete avoidance of the waitress, and then her rudeness was uncalled for. We were sitting there with 2 waters for 45 minutes. That was uncalled for.

Wonderful retro-themed restaurant with great staff, a little packed but it makes sense with the cool ambience and amazing food. Got the mac and cheese, some Cajun wings, and Mel's Smash burger. Although on the greasy side, the food was delicious and really filling. Will definitely come back to try more menu items.

Came here on a random Sunday with the kids, the kids thoroughly enjoyed their food, added a shake which was good, chicken wings were ok and the chicken burger was ok (would have been better without the blue cheese imo) I missed that it had blue cheese but pretty good burger. The style of the restaurant was really nice for a change and the star of the show for the kids was their ice cream truck with ice cream (the birthday cake ice cream was amazing) 4.5/5 oh the poutine was great too..def be back with the kids.

We’ve ordered take out from here previously & we finally got the chance to dine in today.. Our waitress was amazing, honestly it’s been a long time since we’ve had service as good as hers (unfortunately I forgot to get her name, but if you’re reading this you made our meal *that much* better!) The food was also good as usual, we’ll definitely be back to continue trying different items on the menu.

We came as a group to celebrate my Aunt's 95th birthday. She loved the nostalgia of the jukebox, decor, and pinball machine. We had Archie as our server and he made her feel special and took all of our shenanigans with a grain of salt. Awesome Food, excellent service and huge portions. Thank you Archie!

With high recommendations, I took my daughter-in-law and grandson out for lunch to Melanie Pringles. I hadn't been there since my son was my grandson's age.The atmostphere was how I remembered it, fun and nostalgic and very clean. We were greeted at the door by an incredibly friendly hostess and seated immediately. We were given menus to look at and then waited and waited for service. Our food came to our table in an okay time period. We ordered the fish n' chips from the children's menu for my grandson. Nana tried the fish as it looked good, and was very surprised when I bit down on a bone. I thank my daddy for teaching me all those years ago to eat white fish with my front teeth to avoid swallowing a bone. My grandson, though is not old enough to know how to do that and I shutter at how catastrophic that situation would have been had he gotten that piece of fish. After waiting again for a significant period of time to have our plates cleared and receive the bill, I brought the bone to the attention of our server who explained that the restaurant had a third party that deboned their fish. I understood and relayed that I knew it wasn't her fault, but it might be a good idea to warn parents that the restaurant cannot guarantee there are no bones in the fish.I would have expected a Manager to come out and talk to us about it, but nothing. We received a $15.00 off coupon for our next visit....that is assuming we are going to go back. The waitress we had was very nice, but must have been run off her feet as the service was incredibly slow, it took us 2 hours from the time we got there to the time we left, which I think is too long for a lunch. We were very disappointed and my daughter-in-law is traumatized about the potential consequences that bone would have caused had it lodged itself in his little throat.
