Phantom Flooring
Phantom flooring did a great job. All was professionally and sensibly performed and clearly communicated: from initial callback, to estimate, to scheduling, to change in original plans (based on uncovering surprises under carpet), new estimate, to modifying their work schedule to accomodate my needs, to quality of workers, to a follow up visit - all performed willingly and with a smile. In the end, the floor is fabulous that we enjoy every day. There was always clear communication and decision point before proceeding to any changes to the original plan.

Phantom Flooring
We hired Peter for floor refinishing of a luxury home in Downtown Oakville. He also installed vinyl flooring in the entire basement. He was prompt, fair, and incredibly knowledgable. The project came under budget and was on time. Peter cares about his work and was a pleasure to deal with! We highly recommend.
