Scott, Dale and the team are incredibly professional and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with our new high efficiency furnace installation as well as maintenance visit. They completed the installation in a short period of time so we weren’t disrupted at home and they answered any questions we had. We also had an ecobee issue and they troubleshooted that for us very well. Just wonderful experience with this company, very trustworthy and reliable team.

Excellent work!! We worked with Maple Mechanical to have gas lines tapped into our existing setup for a gas range and a gas bbq, and to install a new kitchen exhaust fan to vent to the outside. Given that we're in a very old house, the team had to get a bit creative with how to get the gas lines to where they needed to be. In the end, everything was installed perfectly and on time!

Ryan, Scott and their Maple Mechanical team made replacing my ductwork, furnace, and A/C as painless as possible! Knowledgeable, professional and had no problem taking me through every step. I also had them install two fireplaces and there wasn't a problem when I changed the location of one of them. When the condenser blew after the power went out, Ryan was here the next morning and had it fixed in no time! When the puppy ate the fireplace remote, same day service! I highly recommend Maple Mechanical for all your HVAC needs!

I cannot even say how amazing Scott and his team are! Maple mechanical is the first and only phone call you need to make. I had met with countless companies and all they cared about was the money I would be spending. They didnt listen to anything I had to say.Scott was different. He took time out of his weekend with his family to come and meet my husband and I. We were undergoing a huge renovation and we needed a reliable and honest company to work with us to get the job done. Scott listened. He heard what we were saying. He understood what we needed and he did not disappoint!He and his team were fabulous. I was never out of the loop, I always knew what was going on and what the next step was. Scott gave us a price and he stuck to it.Maple Mechanical is absolutely #1.

We hired Maple Mechanical to redo all the mechanical work in our 1930s gut renovation. New furnace, AC, ductwork, and combi hot water heater/boiler for our new radiant floor. We’re homeowners doing most of the renovation ourselves (while living in the house), so we’re very slow and picky about how everything is done.The Maple Mechanical team has been incredibly accommodating with our drawn-out timelines and less than ideal staging of the work to keep everything functional throughout. Due to the age of the house, there have been many tricky situations to work around. Dale especially has been amazingly patient with our often unreasonably particular requests, ensuring everything fit where we wanted.Maple Mechanical has been our favourite of all of the subcontractors we’ve hired so far. We would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

We had our gas fireplace fixed by Paul and would highly recommend. Appointment was booked the next day after I called. Paul was on time, had it fixed it quickly and no mess at all. Now I just wished I had it fixed sooner, delayed thinking it would be a hassle and cost too much. Call them to get your maintenance done.

This year I had Scott and his team install a new furnace and tank-less water system in my home - needless to say, it was some of the best service I've received. Scott is always quick to respond and update me, his team are very professional, they stick to their word, and their pricing and quality craftsmanship is second to none. I'm already planning on having them back to do some work on my AC, Fireplace, and heat runs - keep up the good work Maple Mechanical!

I have now used Maple Mechanical multiple time for different services and I have to tell you, they are amazing. Sure, any company can have a good call and impress a client once, but it takes true professionals to do it multiple times.Look, whoever you are reading this, you don't know me and I don't know you. However I bet, given the fact you are reading reviews, that you want to know what experiences others have had. Well, on multiple occasions, Maple Mechanical has been at my house. On all of them, they were punctual, professional, and experts in their field. Once they start a job, they don't leave until its done and done right. They clean up after themselves, they answer questions, they are just terrific.On the other side, they admin staff response time is second to none. They will get back to you and book appointments around your needs.Oh, and I forgot to mention, they are VERY reasonably priced compared to competitors. Trust me, on one of my jobs they were about 1/2 the cost.Look, I don't write reviews, but these guys impressed me enough that I did. I personally recommend Maple Mechanical and I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Maple Mechanical to the rescue again!Yesterday my A/C fan stopped working. Gave Scott a call and received an instant reply that they would do their best to be out the very next day.A gentleman named Ryan showed up just after lunch, diagnosed and corrected the problem right away. My house is now nice and cool.That is twice now that Maple Mechanical has helped me out of a jam at the worst time of year (furnace a little over 1 year ago in January during a polar vortex) and my AC during our current heat wave.Always fast honest and reasonably priced service. Cant go wrong. Thanks Scott and Ryan!

Last Saturday evening my furnace stopped blowing warm air.After turning it off and back on failed to fix the problem I called Scott at Maple Mechanical.He arrived very quickly, diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts.The next day 2 other employees of Maple Mechanical arrived to installed the new part and reassemble the furnace.All 3 employees of Maple Mechanical were professional and my furnace was fixed very quickly on a cold day for a reasonable price.I would definitely recommend Maple Mechanical to my friends and family and will use them again should the need arise.Thanks Scott!
