I was 5 minutes late for my 15 to 45 minute appointment and the nurse who met me at the door to question me and take my temperature was rude and grumpy about it, she seem to believe that her time and the doctor's was worth more than mine and to punish me she put the patient who's appointment was after mine ahead of me, this was my perception of the incident and it made me feel as though I was being treated as a child and rude tone of voice, scolding me .....
