CES STONE

We have our house out for sale and needed to finish the countertop in 1 week, we went to other retailers and the fastest they could do is 2 weeks... although cesstone had other schedules they still managed to help us and fit our kitchen into their schedule and got it done in 3 days after we visited their location! They have a some what big selection of inventory and many other colours of stone you can pick from, they also can get the exact colour/material from other local suppliers you have in mind! I personally recommend CESSTONE for your next kitchen!

The counter top stone was satisfactory and I have no complaints but theafter service is less than stellar.I had an issue with one of the bathroom vanity doors that Ces Stone had installed.I brought in the door to Ces Stone explaining the issue and had asked them to fix and repaint the part that needed repairs.The wood had cracked causing the paint to flake.I dropped off the door, received a receipt but after multiple follow ups and excuses the door was not repaired and to add insult to injury Ces Stone has lost the door !I even went to the Better Business Bureau for a resolution but Ces Stone has not replied to them and the issue remains unresolved.At this point I only my door back and I will go elsewhere.

I consider it my duty to warn everyone else as this might happen to any of the customers of CES Stone. They will leave you with a big defect on the expensive counter top and not respond anymore, but before that at all of your attempts to rectify the situation they will scream and yell at you over the phone, threaten with bad karma and a punishment from their god if you try to ask for a replacement.Here is what happened. CES Stone delayed the installation of the product in our kitchen due to some problems with their supplier (post-due invoice). Being behind on the job, they came in to install in the evening and worked late, as a result the opening for the kitchen faucet was cut in a wrong spot. Their solution was to cut a new whole right beside and glue a piece of quartz on top of the wrong opening. When we tried contacting them to come up with a better solution I have had the ugliest conversation in my life. Very rude, aggressive, unprofessional and unpleasant people.More over, the quality of the job in general was not great. Joints of the stone were done poorly leaving a lot of glue and grout in between. The sink was not sealed with silicon properly. We had to redo it.So you decide if you like to take your chances with this company._______________________To respond to CES' reply below: Yes, I am a real customer. A customer who was let down big time and put through a lot of unpleasant conversations. With your response, you prove that I exist and the problem exists. If you imply that you got paid not by me direclty, but by my general contractor, this does not mean your job was any better and you are a better guy now. Good luck!

Wow, what a disappointment... after just 10 months our counter top looks like a very cheap job. Water is gathering behind the faucet, color is uneven, stitches have changed color. Extremely poor quality. Beware!

Do not pay any money up-front! This company will not deliver on time and when they deliver if they deliver it will be an extremely low quality product.My recommendation is not to trust this company but if you decide to give them a chance, only do so if you are not on a deadline, do not pay any money up-front until they have delivered the product and a proper inspection has been performed by a qualified third party.

They are very polite, appeared nice but are extremely unreliable and their work quality is very poor. I paid 60% at the time of their measurement and paid the rest the same day they install my counter top and completed the major part of their poor quality work. They did not install the sab behind the stove and kept breaking their promises of coming back to complete the work. Their slabs edges were poor quality, the sink hole was not on proper location, a couple of holes they drilled were inclined but were not perpendicular, etc. Each time I look their workmanship, I felt like cursing on them. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Removing previous 5-star review. They did a great job on the kitchen the prior year, but when we re-hired for the bathroom it was a nightmare. We were first quoted a ridiculous price for their porcelain slabs, so we purchased our own material and had to change it after they broke the quartzite slab and refused to work with it. After changing, there were week-long delays and incorrect measurement of the material during cutting. This led to needing to purchase their material and a re-negotiation for a higher price (or they refuse to work) when it was their fault. The issue is they asked for 60% upfront. Do not pay until job is fully complete! They get angry at you, but get offended when you give them feedback. When they installed their material, there were several cracks in the porcelain and lousy cutting for the features (see pics). Yet they say they provide professional service... Promised to provide sealer, which after 3 months still hasn't arrived because it was never ordered! Also, promised to cut our remaining material into serving boards, which hasn't happened. Doesn't look like I'm getting that material back... Even when we did the kitchen and paid for the material, they wouldn't re-purpose the leftover pieces to serving boards as promised (more than a year ago). It's been a hit and miss with this family-run business. If you want to be overpromised and underdelivered with a side of headache and snark comments, this is the team for you!

Do your research. This company is run by a con man. Our experience is the same as many. He takes your money, does not complete the jobs and the work that he does complete is not standard. When you demand a refund for any work that he has not completed, he claims that he has no money or has send it to support family in Turkey,. Avoid using this business and save yourself money and a lot of headaches. He is the lowest of the low abs wholly unprofessional. I would give zero stars but google won’t allow for that rating.

We made a deal to do a job for a set price and paid him over 70 percent at first he was friendly and then he would want more up front and kept saying it’s not about the money.and I was helping him through the entire process and he ended up just leaving the job after he said he would finish the job and never came back and was making excuses. I ended up doing 90 %of the work he only transported material basically very unprofessional I would not recommend. He only wants your money

These guys are the best, they did my family's kitchen in under a week and did a great job. One thing i was considering was the strict management team at my complex but they handled it extremely well and had all the documents that they needed 10/10. will be recommending to my other family members aswell
