I recently had the misfortune of encountering an employee named Karen at my local Tim Hortons, and I can confidently say that it was one of the most abysmal experiences of my life. From her rude demeanor to her sheer incompetence, Karen has managed to single-handedly tarnish the reputation of this otherwise beloved establishment.Despite being a regular customer at this particular location, my recent encounter with karen was far from pleasant. She literally just refused to take order.Karen's attitude is nothing short of appalling. It's as if she takes pleasure in making customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have witnessed her openly scoff at customers' requests and roll her eyes when asked simple questions. Tim Hortons never disappoints but sometimes the service is bad or the person serving you is just rude pretty much every morning I get a large double double and a glazed donut very good would definitely recommend but the food like muffins or donuts can be old and dry would recommend going in the morning

I WAS (till today, will never come again) their daily for my lunch as they were very near to my workplace. Third day in a row, i got wrong sandwich. For first two days, I let it go knowing the fact that the staff is overworked and their supervisors and managers are the most f'ed people in this world. Today being third day i went out to confess and what i got back was attitude from one of the employees.The staff is super freaking slow, everyone keeps on waiting for their stuff, and then they make wrong food, instead of apologizing, they will throw you with attitude. I am from GVA and I have seen Tims far more busier than this with even less staff working so smoothly. I do not blame the employees their management is incompetent, they need to have a better system.

What a turn around this location has done. All the east Indian employees got fired for incompetence and the staff is all Philippine stock. The wrap was made perfect, coffee fresh and the Boston Cream donut was fully stocked. English speaking and understanding is great. The 5:00am morning staff deserve a pay raise.

Hopefully this Tims is making a comeback. Service used to be spotty at best and order accuracy was not a major focus. But todays visit was good. Clear communication at the drive thru, got the order right, didn't have to wait long - so here's hoping the next visit goes just as smoothly!

The coffee was hot and tasty. The pastries were fresh. Would be nice if they had some GF options. The staff were super friendly and the place was clean.

Worst service the guy at drive thru taking order was so rude while we were giving order..we saw him from the window throwing mop on the floor when we just started to order at night.People like this should be fired I mean why r they doing overnight shifts when they don't want anyone to come and order .Very very disgusting

Usually very fast drive thru. However inside was a shame. I am sure Mr Horton is turning over in his grave over what his restaurants have become. One table that was actually clean to sit at. Even the counter seating was filthy. Service was very slow. They may have replaced all their workers, but these ones do not know customer service either. Will definitely think twice about going inside again. Took my 83 yr old mother for lunch , not there, not ever. I have been going to that Tim's for over 16 years. And until it was taken over first by east Indian and now phillipinos,it used to be a great place. Used to be clean and busy. They were always polite. Always fast and excellent service. So many tim hortons have fallen to bad service,nasty unclean restaurants and bathrooms. And that's if you can understand them anymore either. And while I am not a racist , I do believe if you take over a franchise ut should be run properly and efficiently. Tim hortons has gone down hill
