Adam & the TUCU team have worked with me for over 10 years. No problem is too big or too small - all work is done perfectly in a timely manner. Adam most recently did some major security upgrades for me. He then took time to ensure I understood the changes and could work to ensure the safety of my home and work systems. I am VERY pleased with the work that TUCU does and highly recommend them as a solid and reliable company for your computer needs. Fees are reasonable and worth every penny!

We have had Tucu come and help with IT setups/issues at several of our offices. Every time they have been professional, curteous, punctual and effective. One thing that cannot be undervalued is the way they thoroughly assessed the unique issues we were experiencing at each of our locations and then heard our needs before offering solutions.It is VERY hard finding IT specialists who don't come off as condescending. But here they are! I would absolutely recommend their services.

Update 2020 12 03I earlier wrote a review that TUCU was a very helpful and knowledgeable company! That was about a year ago. I have continued to use TUCU's services as my small business has grown and I have nothing but praise for its work and staff. In particular, I have had the privilege of working with Kieran on several occasions and he has made what would typically be an overwhelming, intimidating, and frustrating process, accessible and pleasant. We have only been with TUCU for 2 months, but the transition and initial service has been excellent. They were creative and flexible in finding cost-effective solutions for our non-profit. Though the monthly support package is expensive (by 'base package' standards), it includes unlimited service calls. So we don't ever need to hesitate to contact them as our virtual helpdesk. And they always respond within 24 hours - almost always less.
