Reece Bobier and Matteo Vachon operate a service representing property owners across various rental platforms such as AirBnB, acting as an intermediary to rent out these properties. Whereas relationships are crucial to the ongoing success of any business, they appear to me to let greed and improvidence rule over simple decency. For example, I booked a property they represent on AirBnB but canceled 20 minutes later due to a miscommunication with the airline that caused me to miss my connecting flight out of country. I requested a refund immediately and Reece and Matteo chose to keep my $750! AirBnB even tried to convince them to refund my money since no actual service was provided, but they refused. Twenty minutes. If you are a property owner, is this how you want to be represented? If you are considering renting through them, BUYER BEWARE.

Stayed with GA for a couple nights in Calgary, will definitely be back. Matteo was extremely professional to deal with and took care of all my needs.

Grow assets Inc took over my lease in June of 2019 and has provided an outstanding experience thus far. Everything has been seamless and Matteo has been great to deal with. After working with Grow Assets Inc. I wouldn’t go back to traditional leases. These guys got it figured out - they gave me post dated cheques for 12 months and all I have to worry about is cashing my cheque each month.I would highly recommend leasing your property to Grow Assets.

Grow assets inc, more like grow a scam inc… Matteo & Reese provide the worst possible customer service in a field of work that requires proper communication amongst their clients. Definitely take your money elsewhere.

We recently stayed in a short term lease condo at the Windsor building in southwest Calgary. It is an air conditioned building with a great location close to grocery stores, Lina’s Italian Market and several restaurants and cafes. The condo layout and amenities provided were excellent and the leasing agent/host (Reese) was very personable and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. Based on our positive experience I would highly recommend this property as a place to stay.

A phenomenal team and company!!! Highly recommend for any rentals or property management needs. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them and I fully trust them to take care of my clients and their needs. Reese is hardworking, responsive and pays close attention to detail. Looking forward to working with this company in the near future.
