I highly recommend Paul Ross of Emsland Insurance. He is extremely knowledgeable, goes above and beyond for his clients and worked an absolute miracle for me personally. I am a real estate photographer and I had thousands and thousands worth of camera and lighting gear stolen from my vehicle (which turned out to be unlocked) and he worked tirelessly to get my claim put through. He is a lifesaver!! If you want quality, someone who is going to work for you in your best interests, AND deals with you on a personalized basis - not just send you a renewal notice every year and not even know your name. If you need insurance, and let's face it, everyone really should have insurance, there is no need to look anywhere else.

Phoned & spoke with Chelsey B to get my insurance documents emailed over to me, got a reply back from her looking for more info, rcvd another email back from Kylie who was helping her out after confirming who I was. We went into Emsland Insurance today to renew our truck insurance. As per usual, the service was top notch. We were greeted the minute we walked through the door and our needs were taken care of right away. We never have to wait in line. There is always an agent available. I would highly rate Emsland Insurance for all your insurance needs.

My husband and I purchased a travel trailer from outside the province of BC. Unfortunately the necessary paperwork was not completely in order. Holly was able to navigate through the puzzle and provide the steps we needed to take in order to get our trailer inspected and properly insured. This is the best insurance company in town! They saved me on my house insurance by cutting the cost almost in half! I also deal with them for all my business needs and the greatly reduced my companies liability insurance quite substantially from my last insurance company. All the girls and guys in there greet me with a smile every time I come through the door and are really nice to deal with. They are very fast and prompt. All in all, I would recommend Emsland insurance to any one!

Always great service from an insurance company that understands the needs of commercial transportation service providers. Believe me when I say and with concern that there lots of brokers who don't have the knowledge base and this means that when you don't get the right advice - you may find your insurance to be meaningless. Ask lots of questions and make sure you are covered and have a competent agency for your needs. That is definitely Emsland for us and our company.

My family and I recently moved to Kamloops from the States and none of that process was easy, until we went to get insurance on our new home and vehicle. Having worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years was extremely impressed by the service I received as soon as I walked in the door. I was greated by all the employees, even those that were assisting others acknowledged my presence with a smile and a hello. The insurance process is slightly different than what I'm used to, so I appreciated that they took the time to make sure I understood my coverage and they found us great rates!
