We decided to go with A1 Chesney for new AC installation and very happy with the service received. Craig was our sales rep. and Ved's crew did the installation, very knowledgable and professional people. Five stars!

I had a great experience with these guys! We needed to replace our furnace and decided to go through Costco as they had a promotion going. We were connected with these guys and it was a really good experience. From start to finish my interaction with Austin, Lee, and Kailey was fantastic! They worked with me and my needs to get the right product and worked with my schedule and even helped me fill in the giant hole in the slab under the existing furnace. I would recommend these three for any furnace service you have. Thanks guys!

Had a technician come out to do a quote on mini split air conditioning units. The gentleman that came out was very nice, but I never heard anything back. I called to ask when I was going to get my quote 2 weeks later. They said they would put a rush on it. I received nothing. Now it has been almost 2 months and I still haven't heard back. Guess I have to contact another company. What a waste of time.

We had A1 Chesney install a new AC unit for us a few weeks ago, we have been very happy with it. So when our hot water heater went we knew to call A1 Chesney. We ended up going with an instant water heater. Danny and Aaron did a phenomenal job and were professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service provided. I could probably use many more paragraphs to describe my experience but I will keep it simple. I found that their entire crew, from the sales rep Cale to the several installers were exceptional.I had some odd requests and they handled them exceptionally well. Cale showed up and was enthusiastic about what I wanted to do. He was the only sales rep to measure my house and take down extra info. About a half hour visit. Everybody else spent 5 minutes questioned my intentions and sent me general quotes. Those all turned out to be much more money to boot.I picked A-1 Chesney because they wanted my business and looked like from the beginning that they knew what they were doing. They provided other options but most importantly also provided options to make my plans come true. They were honest, reliable and professional.If you want a company that works for their customers instead of acting like they don’t have to do anything other than show up; from my experience you will not be disappointed.

Austin (the sales rep) came to evaluate and gave us a quote for an AC unit. He was professional in explaining in details what we needed. He was very responsive to any questions (through phone calls and text messages) after our initial meeting... right up until the installation date to address any of my concerns.Ved & Kailly (the installers) and Dave (the electrician) were friendly and professional during installation. They took time to answer any of my concerns and questions. They installed the AC unit where I wanted it to be after making sure it was OK to do so. They made sure the AC unit (outside) was leveled and balanced when in operation and that the unit is operational before leaving our home.Thanks!
