At our request, he promptly provided photographs of the electrical panel, accompanied by a written confirmation that he had personally verified and confirmed it to be 100 amp. This definitive evidence solidified our case, and the lawyers were compelled to take action.Thanks to Mourad's expertise, integrity, and the irrefutable evidence he provided, we were able to negotiate an adjustment of $2500 at the time of closing. Mourad, did home inspection for me. I don't think it is what I expected. Obvios issues were ignored and consequences of not attending obvious issues were ignored. His kind of visual inspection can be done by any layman. He is no expert.In his own words, he is not a contractor to see, judge issues and advise you on options. Therefore, do yourself a favor and hire a contractor to do your inspection. Stay away from Mourad and save your money.
