Queen of Hearts

Be wary when enrolling and talk to people. The management and even owner are very unprofessional and immature. They absolutely will not deal with any issue in a constructive manner and simply disregard any concern you may have. Also when trying to leave reviews on their facebook page they simply had them removed and disabled the ability to do so. I would be very careful as many have had issues.

We were so fortunate that Queen of Hearts opened up just as we moved to the area. Both our children attended QoH until heading to kindergarten and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Our children were happy, made great friends (still friends today!!) and often still talk about their experiences there. They were encouraged to develop their strengths (our boys both love books) but also challenged to participate in areas that were new to them. It was great to see them spending so much time outdoors. We loved the daily communication that provided us key info about food, sleep and toileting. We always joked that they ate better at QoH than at home!!! Carron and her team were attentive, warm and encouraging. Couldn't have had a better spot for our boys!

Best day care ever! Our daughter loved going to Queen of Hearts Nursery School and misses it a lot now that she is in JK. Carron and her staff are amazing and very caring. The kids learn so much and are taken care of in the best way imaginable. I highly recommend Queen of Hearts Nursery School.

Awful owner and management. Very harsh approach when speaking to parents about concerns. They will find a reason to ask you to find alternative care if your child does not fit into their pristine group of children who are little work for staff. If you politely try to talk about concerns or if you ask a legitimate question they will not forget it and try to push you away from their facility by intimidation and condescending bullying. They accept children into care with out proof of immunization. Mine attended 2 months without immunization record provided to them. They also do not check ID before sending your child home with someone. This happened to my son. They will not accomodate food options for picky eaters or offer children more thab 1/4 cup of milk per day. The owner of this place physically shoved my husband during a meeting we scheduled to end our services.

Completely unprofessional. I turned a job down due to family circumstances and was told 6 months later when I inquired about a program for my son, that I needed to find somewhere else because I caused them needless energy" and "costs to their nursery" even though I never did accepted or started working there. Extremely unprofessional and an ignorant response. Who punishes a child and refuse care services over not accepting a position is beyond me."
