What happened ?I spoke with a buying agent and arranged for listings to be sent on a Wedensday for my review and an understanding that we would have a conversation and choose from the listings, the properties I wanted to see. About one month has passed and not one peep from the agent or his office. Totally ignored. If the agent or his office wishes to respond, that's fine, but do it here and not on the phone. I am not open to a telephone conversation, unless you want to be verbally berated.Thanks for your wonderful service (sic)

I agree with the other review left here. The property management is very rude and unhelpful, they don't do repairs, they have neighbors spy on the rental properties of tenants. They really are the worst property management company I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a few others as well as private landlords and never had much of a problem. They will enter your property without consent when you are gone, they won't return your full damage deposit even with no damage, they make up damage, I luckily had photo proof I didn't cause any damage and they were forced several months later to return my deposit.

Professional and always quick to respond to requests while managing our rental property. Would highly recommend Royal LePage Nanaimo.

This is my first time leasing a commercial space. Lee Robinson has been professional and responsive throughout the process. He also helped me negotiate the lease contract. Although the leasing process was not completely smooth, I think Lee has done his best.

Rental suite was filthy dark and dingy. Hard to believe the Team at Royal LePage never bothered to review the suite before letting it show plus make us take our shoes off to walk on grunge. Too many negatives about the poor attitude of the Agent for Landlord to mention here but they need to get off their high horse and be sincere in person and not just on paper ! on how they treat potential clients. To top it off, our application was denied and when asked why, the buck was passed to the Owner and then the Owner passed it back to the Agent so there was no definitive answer as to why our application was denied except for Legally, a reason does not need to be provided. We are A+ tenants with credentials and impeccable references. This was a literal slap in the face to be denied without an explanation. I was accused of being abrupt accusatory disrespectful and asked to go elsewhere ! Not to use the Indigenous card or the fact that we are 2 women but the experience does not sit well with us.
