Fast but personalized service. My past experiences with other dealers were a little pushy/awkward when it came to extra coverage. The team was informative on these aspects but was 100% respectful of my wishes. Jake and Caleb were great to work with. The facility was nice, clean, and offered complimentary drinks. I wasn't bored waiting for paperwork since they had vehicles on the lot available to look at and sit in. Would highly recommend working with this team!

I could not have been more happy with my experience at Valu Ford in Morris. For a small town dealership, they offered big city expectations! Our salesman, Tyler, was upfront and honest and worked very hard to answer our questions and take care of our needs and requests. I'd HIGHLY recommend him if your in the market for a new vehicle.After searching for months, I found this dealership to offer the fairest price and were certainly the easiest people to work with and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

I am so impressed with Valu Ford!! I put an inquiry in for a vehicle and was contacted almost immediately. Jake was SO kind and so prompt! He even messaged me outside of normal business hours, which is so important to me since I work overnights. I showed up to the dealership and he spent so much time with me while I asked questions. Between sales and the financial department, I was thoroughly impressed. I was treated like a person. I feel so comfortable with the purchase I made and I'd happily go back for another vehicle!

They were honest, knowledgeable about the vehicle/brand, patient with all of our questions and willing to spend alot of time orienting us to all of the features that are available. We drove 110 miles to test drive and ultimately buy this vehicle and we would do it again.

An amazing dealer and shopping experience at this dealership. I was treated with respect and none of the big city pressure sales tactics. My salesman Tyler was great to work with as he was very up front, professional, and honest. Caleb in the finance department was great as well. Mike Hadfield was amazing. I forgot to post a review when I bought my 19 ram Laramie longhorn and overall had a great experience. He was very professional and helped me through the whole process even though I was a pest. I am so thankful they even accommodated my request for a personal plate. Thank you so much Mike! Please let me know if my escape ever comes back in stock, I want to rebuy it back haha! Thank you again!
