I called a couple of days ago because I had an issue with my car. Joe listened attentively to my issue and gave me an honest opinion and an excellent advise. My car didn’t need repair after all so I didn’t end up going to get any service but knowing how conscientious and helpful Joe is, I will not hesitate to do my services at this store when there is a need anytime in the future. Thank you JoUpdate on June 2023:I have been doing my car service here and I have to say that the service is just excellent. They are very thorough with the check up and provide a detailed report. Honest and trustworthy. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Appreciated their service and communication. Was a little on the pricey side, but I was in emergency need of their services and they were able to help me out same-day. Still waiting on the final call to pick up my car, but so far Cristina has been great with communication, and Joe called me today to give me the run down as well. Let's hope the work meets these same high standards!!

New West Minit-Tune (near the bottom of 12th) is, by far, the Best Automotive Shop I have ever been to! Joe is incredibly knowledgeable and honest!Top Notch, Fast Turnaround Service at Very Competitive Pricing!I have never left disappointed nor felt cheated, which is a feeling we can all identify with, at some point with our Car Repairs.I'm so grateful to my GF, who put me onto Minit-Tune NW!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I can't say enough about this shop. I've been going here for a while now and each time as been truly the best experience. Everyone is so friendly, service and mechanics are phenomenal. Shout out to the front reception (amazing woman) and Joe. When I had my vehicle in for service a friend nearby was having car troubles and Joe came to the rescue immediately! TRULY that is wonderful and I can't thank all of you enough!

A friend recommended this place for car maintenance and repair because he has had such good service and experience over the years. I have to agree, They give you an honest opinion you can trust, NO UPSELLING! For example I was told a over a year ago by another company my brakes would need replacing at the next service (approximately 4 months). Minute Tune said not to and so I am still driving a year later with the same brake pads. Next time, 4 months from now, I am having just the back brakes done at Minute Tune (front are still good). Minute Tune is saving me $$. Thank you!

Didn't get any oil change or service done from them yet so this review is a little different. I bought wipers for my car and couldn't figure out how to put them on, so they basically changed my wipers for free which was great as every other place was charging money for it. Keep up the good work.

This was the perfect automotive repair experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. They quoted me the accurate price, which was beyond fair, and they did a great job of the brakes and other issues. Very satisfied with this location and this staff, will certainly be back, although i hope not, because then my car is it trouble.

Went for an oil change plus spark plug replacement. Everything was done well and at affordable price. We had some miscommunication regarding pricing due to the year of my vehicle, but it ended up being resolved to my satisfaction. Joe seems very knowledgeable and is a nice guy. Also, quite impressive how much the receptionist/office manager lady knows about car stuff - she explained rear brake system to me in quite a detail. I will be back!
