Acquiring Look Hair Design
We went to Acquiring Look after a fairly traumatic hair cut experience for my 9 year old, where his wavy locks were buzzed completely off despite explicit instructions to use a specific guard etc at another shop. After much negotiation and convincing I managed to get him there (after a 4 month long fight) and shared our experience from the bad haircut with the ladies - both the gal who gave the haircut as well as the other stylist in the shop were incredibly good with him and eased his anxiety and he left with a haircut that he was happy with.

I did not like the haircut I received.I asked on the phone if the have experience doing my style of hair and the responded yes of course we do that all the time"And when I arrived and asked for a very simple style she was flustered and didn't know where to start and left my hair uneven and didn't listen to the simple instructions given. I left the business unsatisfied and wanting to get my hair fixed but going back to have her make it worse was not an option so I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning."

Love it! The only place where I got a haircut that is very close to what I had back home. Kathy was very accommodating, and showed mastery in her craft. I told her to surprise me with my haircut and she absolutely did. Will surely be coming back. Thank you! More power !

A very warm and friendly atmosphere, with prompt service. Lisa is a great stylist who always does a fantastic job. Even when I am unable to book with her or do a walk-in, I have had wonderful stylists. I did have a mistake done once with a newer stylist, but the owner was able to fix it for me for no charge the next day.

They have the worst customer service. The stylist did not even care to explain the product use and process to the client, very poor communication in educating the client regarding the treatment.This is gross negligence and miscommunication of the highest order at any professional setting. Also,the customer service is terrible, there is no courtesy and etiquette in handling queries
