Super Happy! First time ever purchasing from them and I will indeed again. Placed my order on the Sunday received the following Thursday, just in time to go to my moms on the Friday for Mother’s Day. I purchased a small box of roses for my sister after a recent death in our family. I went based off the colour chart, hoping to get a deep purple colour for sentimental reasons. They took a while to deliver, but nothing outrageously long. When she received them they were more of a fuschia pink than a deep purple.The website does have a disclaimer for slight colour variation, however these were way off. I contacted the company via their online chat bot and was reminded of their “slight colour variance” disclaimer. I argued this wasn’t a slight variance, but an entire shade completely. I requested a partial or full refund which was denied, though I was given the option for a prepaid shipping label and a refund upon receipt of the flowers being sent back. It was also told to me that all flowers of that colour description in stock matched the flowers I’d been sent.Finally I got on the phone with the guy who I presume runs the company. After 3 minutes of him explaining to me how he believes his resolution is fair without letting me get a word in edgewise he asked what would make me happy. I felt a little steamrolled and decided to simply request flowers in some shade of purple, as close to any of their 3 purple options available. He told me he was heading to the warehouse later that day and would call me back and send me photos of what he had to see what could be sent out instead. I confirmed my number with him, and waited. Sure enough I never got a call back. So, “tried to make me happy and come to a resolution” came to a complete lack of care for customer satisfaction after my $100 had been pocketed. Not worth the time or effort.

First time placing an order with Bar à Fleurs and very pleased with their customer service! Ordered a Mother's Day gift which was delivered earlier than expected, but arrived a bit damaged. After contacting them via the online chat on their website, they arranged a replacement rose, which was packaged more carefully and delivered within a matter of days. I'll be placing more orders in the future. Highly recommend!

Originally, I had purchased a rose from this company for my birthday for the first time. I HAD an issue with their selection process. After communicating with customer service, I was left upset for two reasons. One, for there not being much that could be done for a mistake that I had made, but also, customer service had failed to handle the situation appropriately.I was about to let the situation go when I was surprisingly contacted by the owner who went above and beyond to make things right. He has a very honest heart and made sure that the item I wanted was corrected. I will post a photo of the new item once I receive it.After the inconvenience that once existed with this purchase, I will be admiring my new rose in a new perspective. This review should reassure you that Bar A Fleurs appreciate their customers.

très terribleAfter confirming the colour of my order 3 times ! I was sent peach coloured flowers instead of taupe. I instantly contacted them letting them know my disappointment. Especially because my order was also almost 2 weeks late. They doubled down insisting these orange flowers are taupe. So I sent them a copy of their colour chart on their page, photos of their taupe colour roses on their instagram, and a conversation I had with them confirming the colour in the photos was taupe and that was what I had ordered.After all of that they said the most they could do is give me an extra 10% off...Buy at your own risk there is no way of knowing of what you are actually purchasing.I know they're french but I found this company très rude and this whole experience très disappointing..

Feels like I got the cheap version of what's shown on the website. Flowers don't look fresh, boxes are cheap and the logo is either a sticker or not even on it at all. Doesn't have that luxury look at all. Note the grey velvet one is priced at $145 !! Was supposed to be a gift but I'm embarrassed to offer this to anyone.

Shipping was fast at the very least, however the product was damaged and as per the picture the product was not what I wanted (gold dipped flowers instead of a gold box). I was hoping for resolution via emailing customer service, however I did not hear back after attempting to email on multiple attempts. Not impressed with the service and even worse my girlfriend was disappointed on her birthday...

I hope the product is good, but I'm really very disappointed with the service. I was promised by the company representative that my order would be sent after Dec 30, because I explained that I would like to get the flowers at about Jan 10 ( we discusses that by email). As a result, I received the order on Dec 30 by regular mail without any previous message. There was a possibility that flowers were in the mailbox even for a few days in December when the temperature was under 0 degrees. Also, l ordered receiving a ribbon, but I didn't get it. So, if you need a good service try to look for other companies
