Good ice cream! The store itself isn't that great with very little sitting area, but I guess it's one of those places you're supposed to take the ice cream to go and walk around with instesd. They also ran out of bananas and couldn't make my Banana Split, so that was too bad. Overall though, this location's on par with others in-terms of quality, and the hours are good for that end-of-the-night cool down on a hot summer day.

Staffs here was great, and very accomodating especially at Fridays evening. I always buy my ice cream at this store especially that they have lots of types of flavor and unlimited toppings. Price is a little pricey but when you taste the ice cream, well spend! I can't wait to eat my next one!

Requested a 1L of vanilla and snickers. Refused to sell it as a 1L, and instead offered to sell a 1L of vanilla and we could add the snickers ourselves. Other option was to buy two 1/2 litres which was more expensive. Not ideal customer service.

Facility is decently clean and staff are quick in making items here. Lots of flavours and mix ins, almost never out of stock. They don't get much service in the winter, but still a great place to go with groups. They offer bowls, cones, ice cream, and several fruits, chocolates and candies for mix ins. Facility is very small.

We were looking for a special treat for our team to celebrate promotions within our office and our team in general. With a brief Google search I found out that Marble Slab offered a couple of options for a Sundae Bar. I called a couple of locations that were closer to our office but they were not able to accommodate our request. My third call was to Marble Slab Jasper Ave and THANKFULLY Puneet and his team were able to provide what we were looking for. Through the process they were prompt and communicative. The day of the event went without a hitch and our team of 50 was more than happy with this afternoon treat. Lots of great feedback from the team means we'll likely be working with Puneet and his team again the future!! Thanks so much Marble Slab Jasper Ave!!

First time purchasing from Marble Slab! The ice cream was great, but I'm not sure that it was worth $8/cone for a small scoop. I also didn't really like watching them lay the ice cream on the counter and then mix in a bunch of toppings. I would rather visit Purdy's Chocolatier where they just scoop it straight from a container and plop it in a cone for you; no messing around with mixing. I was also left wondering, How often do they clean the counter?""

Bad staff . Ice cream tastes just ok. Staff was in very hurry to complete the order. Rude. Paid $10 for taste less receipe. Over all bad experience.

We go here every Thursday and the ice-cream never dissapoints! Mary is super nice and has a very kind heart. We need more people like Mary in this world.
