Over all they seem to genuinely care about your health and wellbeing but they are sometimes very slow and their team of 3 people plus one student doesn't allow for the most speedy of service. If it's a very busy time like in the morning before lunch or after lunch till about 3:30 you can expect to wait usually 10-15 minutes, sometimes more depending on the amount of prescriptions to be filled and people waiting.I'd recommend this place for someone looking for a more personal touch when getting their prescriptions filled.

great pharmacy I get my medications from this pharmacy I never had any problems.besides the fact it's downtown kitchener I don't like the location but hy hey I gets my medications delivered so no complaints.

A fairly “bare bones” shop, but an excellent pharmacy in my experience. Friendly and helpful, and they always have my prescriptions ready for me. What more can you ask? :)
