Went through drive through for simple order of two mcdoubles and they couldn't even get thr order right. Then when my hubby went to go in the doors were locked and they didn't want to allow him in because 10 people were dining inside. My hubby also needed to use the bathroom. Worst service, only thing is they were nice enough to give us two free pies.

I’ve never had a bad experience here before until today. Ordered a double quarter pounder, got a BigMac and ordered a hot chocolate, got a cup of hot milk, not hot chocolate.I don’t really understand what is going on there but they’ve been lacking recently and I think this is the worst experience we’ve had at this location.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a McDonald's. McDonald's has been the most consistent place on earth. Not this location. First of all. 10:30am on a Saturday and the restaurant was completely locked. Drive thru only. Went through drive thru and took 50 minutes there were only 7-8 cars in front of me. Completely unacceptable. Corporate needs to have a look at this location's operation. I am shocked

I went there at night and there was barely any customer there. No wait time and no line up. It was so spacious and well decorated with some nooks and high tables. A few copies of newspapers were available on several tables, unfortunately for me, all were French which I could not read. I could envision it full on a sunny Sunday morning, with groups of friends chatting with each other in nicely designed nooks and high tables. It also had a nice drive through and ample parking around it so, all in all, a good place to have a coffee, breakfast or lunch.

Why is the restaurant closed for sitting at lunch time on a Saturday. And then the food takes forever and is cold and poorly put together and missing items. It's not usually this bad. So very frustrated

I have ordered one sandwich (quarter pounder). I have done a lot of customization (that come with extra fees). I have received the regular sandwich. I adressed this problem to employee. I was eating inside. Now hurry. “There is nothing I can do”. I said that usually it is possible to correct such problems. No. She ignored. And that is all.

Insane 30 minutes or so of a wait for drive thru. Cashier gave our order to the guy ahead of us, who could have entirely put their hands in and grabbed fries. Gave it back, and then then cashier gave it to us. Closed window on us when questioned. COVID!!! should have remade it.Also got order wrong, and put ketchup when it doesn't say.

Worst waiting ever they have several staff members but they still manage to take half an hour to make a quarter pounder. Their fountain doesn't even work and the exterior is undergoing renovations for paint witch brought dust in and made parking hard. I can say with confidence this is the longest days food wait I have had in my life. I have had better serve time at a dine in restaurant.

Worst McDonalds ever. Manager Sophie should change her name to Karen. Not the smartest people in the planet. Rude and bitter service. Double check your burgers to make sure no one spat on them.
