Good quality/price deal. Very well located, walking distance from many restaurants and municipal park. Rooms are renovated and have everything you need for a short stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I cant believe that this hotel/motel charge extra for kids! $15 each extra. Ours are only 9 & 11 years old!! Also breakfast is not served until 8am, not good if you are up early and on a road trip! I kind of felt like this was maybe deliberate!! On the up side room was not bad, it was clean and fairly well located.

Web site looks great...not like the real thing. Very spacious room, looks good to the eye but details need improvements : shower know keeps falling, no light in bathroom, heater doesn't work properly, broken windows lets cold air in, have to walk outside to go get your breakfast and bring to your room, paint falling from door frames, mouse trap in room. But service was great and friendly

Friendly and excellent customer service. We went there during a snow storm and they took the time to call us and give us some advice regarding the roads. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is that the beds were not queen sized as advertised, they were smaller, like double beds. I still recommend it because their was a lot of variety for the included breakfast.

Very nice staff. The standard rooms are very nicely presented. Still have some updating and repairs but this is an old property that is well maintained for a good price.

Very clean. They had a fridge and in room coffee. Air conditioning worked well. Great place to stop and rest before venturing to the far north. They had parking for my truck and ATV trailer as well. The shower worked well and lots of hot water. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Price was right on as well. I will stay there again.

very clean modern rooms! very friendly staff free breakfast could use some work to bring this location up to par, location is a touch noisy being in such close proximity to a highway with trucks rolling by.

Stayed here with a group of guys the weekend of January 13th. The management and owners are very dishonest. We were told one price over the phone when we booked. When we arrived after driving 8 hours the price per room doubled. They did this because they knew we had nowhere else to go. Stephan the owner has some really slimy tactics as well. They denied having a snowmobile package even though we were showing them the package advertised on their website. The hotel room were clean at least. Their breakfast is a joke and shouldn't even be called breakfast. We spoke with many other guests that had the same slimy bait and switch tactics pulled on them as well. Also we had a group partying above our room the first night and when we called down the rude lady working at the front desk told us it’s our problem and we need to confront them and ask them to be quite ourselves before laughing at us and hanging the phone up. I couldn’t recommend this place any less. Find any other hotel in Mont Laurier.

This motel definitely met and exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and recently updated. Beds were fresh and comfortable. There was direct access to the snowmobile trails and lots of parking for vehicles and sleds. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They offered a late check-out at an extremely affordable additional charge.There are lots of amenities within walking distance and ultimately we would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean pleasant stay with trail access.

Staff was very nice and the receptionist tried her best to speak English for me, since I don't know any French. The room was also very large and clean and had a very... idk how to put it? 'Old Urban apartment' feel to it? Anyway, it was nice.
